H公司IT服務(wù)外包發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:As early as the beginning of the 20th century, Drucker, a famous American management master, predicted that "in ten to fifteen years, any enterprise should outsource work that only does backstage support and does not create turnover". At present, if the vast number of domestic enterprises carry out information construction on their own, there will inevitably be problems such as repeated investment, waste of resources, low operational efficiency, etc., and they will inevitably face the problem of interworking with other enterprise systems. There will be high costs. By outsourcing the information business to the professional IT service enterprises, it can effectively promote the professional division of labor and cooperation within the enterprise business, concentrate the advantage resources, improve the core business competitiveness, and reduce the information input. At the same time, the professional IT service outsourcing provider of advanced information technology into the majority of enterprises. H Company is a professional IT service provider for software development, system integration, IT planning and consulting services, IT operations and maintenance services and other information products development. The company is committed to information research and development, implementation and promotion of applications, With more than ten years of experience in the implementation of manufacturing industry and government information construction project, with a higher level of IT professional service capacity and deep accumulation of technology. Based on the theory of strategic management and the background of manufacturing industry, this paper analyzes the development strategy of IT service outsourcing in H Company. Through the full investigation and interview of the management of H Company, the relevant personnel of various business departments and so on, after mastering a lot of firsthand data, using PEST analysis method, EFE and IFE matrix to analyze the external macro environment, the industry environment, The internal capability factors of H Company are analyzed by SWOT analysis. The main advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by H Company are analyzed. This paper analyzes the business and product combination of H Company by using GE analysis method, clarifies the company's strategic objectives, business development, and formulates the strategic implementation measures, mainly including the overall strategy, the medium and long term development strategy and the long-term strategy. Talent development strategy, market expansion and brand maintenance strategy, core competitiveness building, resource integration strategy, cooperation and merger strategy, future sustainable development strategy, etc. In order to provide customers with a more comprehensive service, and finally strengthen the implementation and landing of the strategy to ensure that the company in accordance with the established development strategy.
