【摘要】：節(jié)能服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)作為各個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益增長(zhǎng)支撐的重要力量,呈現(xiàn)逐步壯大的態(tài)勢(shì),并且正在成為世界各國(guó)改革創(chuàng)新、節(jié)約能源、調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵因素。 吉林省屬于能源種類較多,但能源總量欠豐富地區(qū),推進(jìn)節(jié)能服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,是振興東北老工業(yè)基地的重要需求,也是保障能源安全、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、邁向低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的有效途徑。 本文在深入學(xué)習(xí)了解節(jié)能服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)節(jié)能服務(wù)的含義、運(yùn)營(yíng)模式、實(shí)施步驟做了全面介紹。對(duì)節(jié)能服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)做了界定,并分析了節(jié)能服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的特征。同時(shí),本文對(duì)吉林省當(dāng)前的能耗狀況進(jìn)行了分析,闡述了吉林省發(fā)展節(jié)能服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的必要性。在介紹吉林省節(jié)能服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,通過運(yùn)用SWOT分析和多元統(tǒng)計(jì)分析相結(jié)合的方法,提出了吉林省節(jié)能服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的制約因素,并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Energy-saving service industry, as an important force to support the economic growth of various industries, is gradually expanding, and is becoming a key factor in the reform and innovation, energy conservation and industrial structure adjustment in various countries in the world. There are many kinds of energy in Jilin Province, but the total amount of energy is not abundant. To promote the development of energy-saving service industry is an important demand for revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China. It is also to ensure energy security, to promote the optimization of industrial structure, and to move towards a low-carbon economy. The effective way to realize sustainable development. This paper introduces the meaning, operation mode and implementation steps of energy-saving service on the basis of deep study and understanding of the related knowledge of energy-saving service industry. The energy-saving service industry is defined and the characteristics of energy-saving service industry are analyzed. At the same time, this paper analyzes the current energy consumption in Jilin Province, and expounds the necessity of developing energy-saving service industry in Jilin Province. On the basis of introducing the present situation of energy saving service industry in Jilin province, by using the method of combining SWOT analysis and multivariate statistical analysis, this paper puts forward the restrictive factors of the development of energy saving service industry in Jilin province, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
