福州美倫飯店集團(tuán)化管理研究
[Abstract]:In August 2011, the Fuzhou Meilon Hotel Group was formally established, and the hotel management changed from a single hotel to a group management mode. However, in the process of implementing the group management, there are problems such as organizational structure, management mode, brand promotion, human resources and development strategy, which have seriously hindered the Fuzhou Meilon Hotel Group. The development and growth of the group.
This paper mainly uses comparative analysis, case study and other methods to study the hotel group management, analyzes the development background and course of domestic and foreign hotel groups, the status quo of Fuzhou Meilun Hotel group management, and puts forward the mode design and selection of the transformation from single hotel to group management of Fuzhou Meilun Hotel.
This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part of the domestic and foreign hotel group management theory research overview, clarify the research background, research significance, and put forward the main research content and innovation of this paper; the second part introduces the relevant theory of food group management; the third part of the hotel group management at home and abroad. Comparing and analyzing, mainly from the aspects of management concept, management style, service characteristics, corporate governance structure and economic benefits, etc. The fourth part analyzes the current situation and existing problems of group management of Fuzhou Meilon Hotel. The fifth part combines the actual situation of Fuzhou Meilon Hotel Group, drawing lessons from domestic and foreign experience. Successful cases put forward Fuzhou Meilun Hotel Group Management ideas, principles and mode selection; Part VI on how to further improve the management level of Fuzhou Meilun Group, including organizational structure, capital operation, human resources management, brand building, group purchasing and corporate culture and other aspects of the security system construction. The seventh part is the conclusion. Through the above research, it is emphasized that Fuzhou Meilon Hotel Group should face up to its own strength, consolidate the management foundation, select and determine the appropriate management and development model, and finally realize the leap-forward development of Fuzhou Meilon Hotel Group.
