【摘要】：正1995年,陶然居以5張桌子白手起家,時(shí)至今日,已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為全國知名的餐飲企業(yè)。短短18年間,陶然居實(shí)現(xiàn)了由單一餐飲業(yè)向集觀光農(nóng)業(yè)、休閑旅游、院落式特色五星級涉外酒店、食品釀造、古鎮(zhèn)開發(fā)等多元產(chǎn)業(yè)于一體的轉(zhuǎn)型升級綜合體。從戰(zhàn)略角度分析企業(yè)的外部環(huán)境,把握環(huán)境的現(xiàn)狀及變化趨勢,利用有利于企業(yè)的發(fā)展機(jī)會,避開環(huán)境中可能的威脅,這是企業(yè)謀求生存發(fā)展的首要問題。作為企業(yè)外部環(huán)境中
[Abstract]:In 1995, Tao Ran-ju with five tables from scratch, today, has developed into a national famous catering enterprises. In a short span of 18 years, Tao Ran-ju has realized the transformation and upgrading from a single catering industry to a multi-industry integrated with sightseeing agriculture, leisure tourism, five-star hotels with courtyard characteristics, food brewing and the development of ancient towns. It is the most important problem for enterprises to seek survival and development by analyzing the external environment from the strategic point of view, grasping the present situation and changing trend of the environment, taking advantage of the development opportunities conducive to the enterprises and avoiding the possible threats in the environment.
