【摘要】：隨著兩岸經(jīng)貿(mào)往來(lái)的不斷深入,作為現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)中的研發(fā)服務(wù)業(yè)將會(huì)成為兩岸未來(lái)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型與產(chǎn)業(yè)合作的重點(diǎn)。臺(tái)灣研發(fā)服務(wù)業(yè)起步比大陸早,其產(chǎn)業(yè)體系發(fā)展相對(duì)成熟,因此在兩岸市場(chǎng)中將享有更多的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和發(fā)展機(jī)遇。但另一方面,臺(tái)灣研發(fā)服務(wù)業(yè)目前在兩岸市場(chǎng)中卻存在著資金投入不足、研發(fā)人才短缺、研發(fā)資源整合度不高等發(fā)展挑戰(zhàn)。因此可以說(shuō),臺(tái)灣研發(fā)服務(wù)業(yè)在兩岸市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展中機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存,如何抓住機(jī)遇迎接挑戰(zhàn),這已成為影響臺(tái)灣能否順利實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵影響因素之一。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of cross-strait economic and trade exchanges, as a modern service industry, the R & D service industry will become the focus of the future industrial transformation and industrial cooperation between the two sides. Taiwan's R & D service industry started earlier than the mainland, and its industrial system is relatively mature. Therefore, Taiwan will enjoy more competitive advantages and development opportunities in the cross-strait market. On the other hand, Taiwan's R & D service industry has some challenges, such as insufficient investment, shortage of R & D talents and low integration of R & D resources. Therefore, it can be said that Taiwan's R & D service industry has both opportunities and challenges in the development of cross-strait markets. How to seize the opportunities to meet the challenges has become one of the key factors affecting the smooth realization of Taiwan's industrial transformation.
