【摘要】：本文通過對比服務業(yè)和工業(yè)在供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革中應解決的問題,并從服務業(yè)與工業(yè)互動關系角度分析了統(tǒng)籌兼顧服務業(yè)和工業(yè)實施供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的必要性,認為在供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革過程中不可孤立地看待兩種產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,應將兩種產(chǎn)業(yè)的供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革有機結(jié)合起來進行考量,將服務業(yè)的"補"與工業(yè)的"去"相結(jié)合、糾正要素市場扭曲、破除阻礙服務業(yè)發(fā)展的行政壟斷、加快形成服務業(yè)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的制度環(huán)境、促進服務業(yè)與工業(yè)融合發(fā)展是統(tǒng)籌兼顧服務業(yè)和工業(yè)實施供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的重要舉措。
[Abstract]:By comparing the problems that should be solved in the structural reform of the supply side in the service industry and industry, and from the perspective of the interaction relationship between service industry and industry, this paper analyzes the necessity of giving consideration to the implementation of the supply side structural reform of the service industry and industry, and considers that the development of the two industries can not be viewed in isolation in the process of structural reform of the supply side. By combining the structural reform of the supply side of the two industries organically, the "supplement" of the service industry and the "go" of the industry are combined to correct the distortion of the factor market, to break the administrative monopoly that hinders the development of the service industry, to accelerate the formation of the institutional environment for the innovation and Entrepreneurship of the service industry, and to promote the integration of service industry with industry to give consideration to the service industry And industrial implementation of supply side structural reform important measures.
