【摘要】：近年來,旅游業(yè)興起態(tài)勢(shì)十分迅猛,很多相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)也在其帶動(dòng)下得到了發(fā)展,酒店業(yè)作為旅游業(yè)的相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一已經(jīng)成為人們?nèi)找骊P(guān)注的對(duì)象,酒店業(yè)效率如何也成為政府、企業(yè)管理者、消費(fèi)者等關(guān)注的問題。目前,效率評(píng)估是在企業(yè)的管理控制上占有很重要的地位,一個(gè)酒店的效率對(duì)于企業(yè)的改進(jìn)提升和經(jīng)營(yíng)策略的制定都是必不可少的。鑒于效率的重要性,學(xué)者們已將酒店效率的評(píng)估方法作為研究酒店業(yè)發(fā)展的重要課題和方向之一。多年來,已有很多學(xué)者嘗試著對(duì)酒店業(yè)的效率進(jìn)行了分析,但是目前比較常見的經(jīng)營(yíng)指標(biāo)比較辦法無法對(duì)酒店的效率進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)的分析,對(duì)此應(yīng)該引入純技術(shù)效率、技術(shù)效率、規(guī)模效率等方面的研究。 本文引入數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法(DEA),以我國(guó)50個(gè)重點(diǎn)旅游城市星級(jí)酒店為例,選取2010-2011年我國(guó)統(tǒng)計(jì)局、旅游局、各城市的旅游局公報(bào)的相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)資料做數(shù)據(jù)來源,詳細(xì)地分析了我國(guó)重點(diǎn)旅游城市星級(jí)酒店的技術(shù)效率、純技術(shù)效率和規(guī)模效率,并且進(jìn)一步使用測(cè)量效率動(dòng)態(tài)變化的Malmquist生產(chǎn)率指數(shù),測(cè)算了2010-2011年重點(diǎn)旅游城市星級(jí)酒店的技術(shù)效率變動(dòng)、技術(shù)進(jìn)步等指標(biāo)的變化情況,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)影響星級(jí)酒店效率的外在因素和內(nèi)在因素進(jìn)行了剖析。研究結(jié)果表明我國(guó)50個(gè)重點(diǎn)旅游城市星級(jí)酒店2011年整體的效率明顯好于2010年,且東部地區(qū)的旅游城市星級(jí)酒店效率明顯優(yōu)于中西部地區(qū)的旅游城市。造成區(qū)域效率差異的原因主要是中西部地區(qū)資源利用不充分,資源配置不合理,生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平和管理水平低等。影響效率的因素主要有一個(gè)地區(qū)的國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值(GDP)、旅游資源、景區(qū)數(shù)量等。本文在定量分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從分析的結(jié)果指出我國(guó)重點(diǎn)旅游城市星級(jí)酒店的效率狀況,并基于政府和企業(yè)的角度,就星級(jí)酒店的效率問題從微觀層面和宏觀層面提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。 本文研究我國(guó)重點(diǎn)旅游城市星級(jí)酒店的效率及影響因素的目的在于能夠?qū)ξ覈?guó)重點(diǎn)旅游城市星級(jí)酒店業(yè)未來的發(fā)展方向提供一定的理論參考,讓我國(guó)重點(diǎn)旅游城市星級(jí)酒店能健康、正確、快速地發(fā)展,從而對(duì)我國(guó)旅游業(yè)、酒店業(yè)的發(fā)展起到一定的推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rising situation of tourism is very swift and violent, many related industries have also been developed. As one of the related industries of tourism, hotel industry has become an increasingly concerned object, and the efficiency of hotel industry has become the government. Business managers, consumers and other issues of concern. At present, efficiency evaluation plays an important role in the management and control of enterprises. The efficiency of a hotel is essential to the improvement and promotion of enterprises and the formulation of management strategies. In view of the importance of efficiency, scholars have taken the evaluation method of hotel efficiency as one of the important topics and directions for the development of hotel industry. Over the years, many scholars have tried to analyze the efficiency of the hotel industry, but the more common business index comparison method can not carry out a comprehensive and systematic analysis of hotel efficiency, so pure technical efficiency should be introduced. Technical efficiency, scale efficiency and other aspects of research. This paper introduces the data Envelopment Analysis method (DEA),) to take the star hotels in 50 key tourist cities in China as an example, and selects the relevant statistical data from the official bulletin of the Bureau of Statistics, the Tourism Bureau and the Tourism Bureau of each city in 2010-2011 as the data source. The technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of star hotels in key tourist cities in China are analyzed in detail, and the Malmquist productivity index, which measures the dynamic change of efficiency, is further used. This paper calculates the changes of technical efficiency and technological progress of star hotels in key tourist cities in 2010-2011, and analyzes the external and internal factors that affect the efficiency of star hotels. The results show that the overall efficiency of star hotels in 50 key tourist cities in China in 2011 is obviously better than that in 2010, and the efficiency of star hotels in the eastern tourist cities is obviously better than that in the tourist cities in the central and western regions. The main reasons for the difference of regional efficiency are the insufficient utilization of resources, the unreasonable allocation of resources, and the low level of production technology and management in the central and western regions. The main factors affecting efficiency are the (GDP), tourism resources of a region, the number of scenic spots and so on. On the basis of quantitative analysis, this paper points out the efficiency of star-rated hotels in key tourist cities in China, and points out the efficiency of star-rated hotels in key tourist cities in China, and from the perspective of the government and enterprises, This paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions on the efficiency of star hotels from the micro level and macro level. The purpose of this paper is to provide a theoretical reference for the future development of star hotel industry in key tourist cities in China. The star-rated hotels in key tourist cities of our country can develop healthily, correctly and rapidly, thus promoting the development of tourism and hotel industry in China.
