【摘要】：生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)已然成為我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的新動能,但對其空間集聚狀況的研究仍較為薄弱,目前普遍使用的基于離散平面的集聚測度方法則存在可塑性面積單元問題。為此,本文利用第二次全國經(jīng)濟普查中的微觀企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),通過基于連續(xù)平面的測度方法 DO指數(shù),探究北京市域范圍內三位數(shù)生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)的空間格局及其影響因素。研究表明:(1)不同行業(yè)的企業(yè)和就業(yè)分布表現(xiàn)出多種類型,但大多呈顯著的空間集聚,尤其是在較小的空間尺度上顯著集聚。(2)各類行業(yè)在不同尺度的集聚程度存在明顯差異,高端生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)的企業(yè)和就業(yè)均在小尺度上呈高度集聚的空間格局;而在大尺度上,企業(yè)與就業(yè)的行業(yè)集聚程度排名并不吻合。(3)相較于勞動力池、資源稟賦等因素,知識溢出對生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)的集聚程度具有最為顯著的正向影響,且在小尺度內更為明顯。這是由于生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)需要以緊湊的空間為載體來促進人際交流并傳播緘默知識。
[Abstract]:Producer services have become the new kinetic energy of our country's economic development, but the research on their spatial agglomeration is still relatively weak, and the commonly used agglomeration measurement method based on discrete plane has the problem of plastic area unit. Based on the data of microenterprises in the second national economic census and the do index based on continuous plane, this paper explores the spatial pattern of three-digit producer services in Beijing and its influencing factors. The results show that: (1) there are many types of enterprises and employment distribution in different industries, but most of them show significant spatial agglomeration, especially on a small scale. (2) there are obvious differences in the degree of agglomeration of various industries at different scales. Enterprises and employment in high-end producer services are highly clustered on a small scale, but on a large scale, the degree of industrial agglomeration of enterprises and employment does not match. (3) compared with the labor pool, resource endowment, and other factors, Knowledge spillover has the most significant positive effect on the concentration of producer services, and it is more obvious in small scale. This is because producer services need compact space to promote interpersonal communication and spread tacit knowledge.
