【摘要】：近年來,在經濟增長平穩(wěn)減速的背景下,我國服務業(yè)發(fā)展穩(wěn)中有進、增長勢頭顯著,服務業(yè)作為國民經濟第一大產業(yè)的地位不斷鞏固。展望未來五年,我國服務業(yè)發(fā)展面臨不少新背景和新要求,既是挑戰(zhàn)也是機遇,既有壓力也蘊藏著動力。應有針對性地促進不同類型服務業(yè)的全面發(fā)展,從推進體制改革和機制創(chuàng)新、完善政策支持體系、強化保障措施三方面入手,著力提升服務業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)模和效率,形成"市場化、產業(yè)化、社會化、國際化"的新格局。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the background of steady deceleration of economic growth, the development of service industry in our country has made steady progress, the growth momentum is remarkable, and the position of service industry as the first industry of national economy has been continuously consolidated. Looking forward to the next five years, the development of China's service industry faces many new backgrounds and requirements, which is both a challenge and an opportunity, as well as pressure and motive force. We should promote the overall development of different types of service industry in a targeted way, starting from three aspects: promoting system reform and mechanism innovation, perfecting the policy support system, and strengthening the safeguard measures, so as to enhance the scale and efficiency of the development of the service industry, so as to form "marketization". The new pattern of industrialization, socialization and internationalization.
