【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)老齡化程度的加深,企業(yè)進(jìn)入老年頤養(yǎng)服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)數(shù)量增大,頤養(yǎng)服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)投資巨大,投資回收期長(zhǎng)、盈利模式單一以及產(chǎn)業(yè)趨同等因素,使進(jìn)入該行業(yè)的企業(yè)面臨著前所未有的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力。企業(yè)要在這行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)缺失、產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化嚴(yán)重、投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大的行業(yè)中投資養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)并取得成功,.企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略是一個(gè)急需解決的問(wèn)題。由于養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國(guó)是一個(gè)新興的產(chǎn)業(yè),日益擴(kuò)大的老年群體對(duì)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的需求巨大、現(xiàn)有機(jī)構(gòu)難以滿足需要,投資養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目資金需求大、投資回收期長(zhǎng)、資源占用多、運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高等特點(diǎn),決定了企業(yè)的制定戰(zhàn)略管理的重要性。對(duì)于企業(yè)提供服務(wù)產(chǎn)品而言,因服務(wù)需求人群的經(jīng)濟(jì)條件、觀念、愛(ài)好等方面的差異,對(duì)服務(wù)的細(xì)分要求不同以及企業(yè)擁有資源不同,頤養(yǎng)服務(wù)業(yè)與醫(yī)療、旅游、教育、保健等諸多行業(yè)及產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的企業(yè)關(guān)系密切,這些特性決定了企業(yè)發(fā)展和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的選擇。 本文以廣西太和投資有限公司的頤養(yǎng)服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略管理作為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)進(jìn)行大量資料搜集,走訪廣西區(qū)內(nèi)外有代表性的養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目,利用文獻(xiàn)歸納法、調(diào)查法、比較分析法,借助PEST分析模型、“波特五力分析”、SW0T等工具,對(duì)企業(yè)面臨政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、技術(shù)、行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析。本文在分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)、弱勢(shì)和外部的機(jī)會(huì)、威脅進(jìn)行匹配,得出可行備選戰(zhàn)略,對(duì)太和公司有現(xiàn)實(shí)的指導(dǎo)意義,所提的產(chǎn)業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式具有一定的創(chuàng)新性性,對(duì)行業(yè)的發(fā)展有一定示范推動(dòng)作用。 通過(guò)本文的研究,從一定層面上也可看到廣西太和投資有限公司面臨的問(wèn)題在其他涉及老年頤養(yǎng)服務(wù)業(yè)的企業(yè)也普遍存在。養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿薮?面對(duì)“銀發(fā)經(jīng)濟(jì)”發(fā)展機(jī)遇,進(jìn)入者眾多,在市場(chǎng)發(fā)展不規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)缺失,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的情況下,企業(yè)結(jié)合自身資源,從實(shí)際出發(fā),根據(jù)不同戰(zhàn)略理論的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與不足,選擇適合企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略,提前做好戰(zhàn)略布局,才能在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高但發(fā)展前景好的頤養(yǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)中占據(jù)良好的位置。希望本文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)擬進(jìn)入養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的企業(yè)具有一定有理論指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the aging of our society, the number of enterprises entering the elderly care service industry increases, the investment in the industry is huge, the payback period is long, the profit model is single, and the industry converges. The enterprises that enter this industry are faced with unprecedented risks and competitive pressures. Enterprises should invest in the pension service industry successfully in the industries where the industry standards are missing, the products are homogenized seriously, and the investment risks are high. Enterprise strategy is an urgent problem to be solved. Because the old-age service industry is a new industry in our country, the increasing demand of the elderly group for the old-age service is huge, the existing institutions are difficult to meet the need, the investment in the old-age service industry project capital demand is large, the investment payback period is long. The characteristics of resource occupation and high operational risk determine the importance of strategic management. For the service products provided by enterprises, due to the differences in economic conditions, concepts, hobbies and so on among the people in need of services, the subdivision of services and the different resources owned by enterprises, the catering service industry and medical care, tourism, education, etc., Health care and other industries and industrial chains are closely related, which determines the choice of enterprise development and competition strategy. This paper takes the development strategy management of the nursing service industry of Guangxi Taihe Investment Co., Ltd as the research object, through a large amount of data collection, visits the representative old-age industry projects inside and outside Guangxi, utilizes the literature induction method, the investigation method, With the help of pest analysis model and SW0T, this paper analyzes the competitive environment of enterprises facing politics, economy, society, technology and industry. On the basis of analysis, this paper matches the internal advantages, weaknesses and external opportunities and threats of the enterprises, obtains feasible alternative strategies, and has practical guiding significance for Taihe Company. The proposed industrial operation model is innovative to a certain extent. To the development of the industry has a certain demonstration to promote the role. Through the research of this paper, we can also see that the problems faced by Guangxi Taihe Investment Co., Ltd. are also common in other enterprises involved in the elderly care service industry. In the face of the development opportunity of "silver hair economy", there are many entrants. When the market development is not standardized, the standard is missing and the competition is increasingly fierce, the enterprises combine their own resources and proceed from the reality. According to the advantages and disadvantages of different strategic theories, choosing the strategy suitable for the development of the enterprise and making a good strategic layout in advance can occupy a good position in the nursing industry with high risk but good development prospects. I hope this paper has some theoretical guidance and reference significance for domestic enterprises to enter the field of pension services.
