【摘要】：現代服務業(yè)的發(fā)展越來越受到人們的重視。因為服務業(yè)的發(fā)展水平可以作為一個國家和地區(qū)經濟和社會發(fā)展水平的一種衡量標準。經濟越發(fā)達的國家，其服務業(yè)也越發(fā)達。隨著科技發(fā)展、組織變革以及消費需求的變化，人們對服務業(yè)的需求也呈現了多樣化的趨勢。以信息網絡等高新技術為技術手段，現代服務業(yè)不斷在金融、商業(yè)、生產等領域進行擴展�，F代服務業(yè)具有高附加值的特點，同時也逐漸出現了服務產品的標準化和服務機構連鎖化的趨勢。 世界經濟發(fā)展的歷史表明：第一、二、三產業(yè)的比重在不斷的調整。目前趨勢是服務業(yè)的地位在逐漸加強，主要表現為第三產業(yè)增加值在GDP中的比重不斷上升，其提供的就業(yè)崗位是最多的。現代服務業(yè)，如金融和房地產業(yè)等逐漸成為了投資的主體。在現代社會，現代服務業(yè)與現代制造業(yè)的關系越來越密切�，F代服務業(yè)成為了現代制造業(yè)的輔助部門。 重慶市的服務業(yè)水平上了一個新臺階，其發(fā)展得到了政府的大力支持。重慶市發(fā)展服務業(yè)具有較好的地理區(qū)位優(yōu)勢、人才儲備優(yōu)勢、產業(yè)支撐優(yōu)勢，同時城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展為服務業(yè)發(fā)展提供了較大的空間。從影響重慶市服務業(yè)發(fā)展的因素來看，重慶市的產業(yè)結構相對合理，服務業(yè)發(fā)展水平在西部地區(qū)具有一定的優(yōu)勢，其經濟發(fā)展水平和居民收入水平為服務業(yè)的發(fā)展奠定了經濟基礎，城市化水平的提高也帶動了服務業(yè)發(fā)展。不過，近些年，重慶市的第三產業(yè)固定資產投資出現了下滑的局面。第三產業(yè)內部的房地產業(yè)等投資比例過大也是值得關注的問題。 就重慶市的服務業(yè)競爭力水平而言，，通過基于科學性、全面性、連續(xù)性、可操作性以及可比性原則構建的服務業(yè)評價指標體系，采用因子法分析后，發(fā)現重慶市的服務業(yè)競爭力水平在逐年提高。 要提高重慶市的服務業(yè)發(fā)展水平，就需要調整第一、二、三產業(yè)和第三產業(yè)內部的結構；需要增加居民的收入水平，尤其是增加農村居民的收入；需要進一步推動城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌改革，以城市化促進服務業(yè)的發(fā)展；需要加大對服務業(yè)的投資力度，尤其是現代服務業(yè)和重點性服務業(yè)的投資。
[Abstract]:People pay more and more attention to the development of modern service industry. Because the development level of service industry can be used as a measure of the level of economic and social development of a country and a region. The more developed the economy, the more developed the service industry. With the development of science and technology, the change of organization and the change of consumption demand, people's demand for service industry is diversified. With information network and other high-tech technology as the technical means, the modern service industry has been expanding in finance, commerce, production and other fields. Modern service industry has the characteristics of high added value, at the same time, there is a trend of standardization of service products and linkage of service institutions. The history of world economic development shows that the proportion of the first, second and third industries is constantly adjusting. The current trend is that the status of the service industry is gradually strengthened, mainly for the tertiary industry value added in the GDP increasing proportion, it provides the most jobs. Modern service industry, such as finance and real estate, has gradually become the main body of investment. In modern society, the relationship between modern service industry and modern manufacturing industry is getting closer and closer. Modern service industry has become the auxiliary department of modern manufacturing industry. Chongqing's service industry has reached a new level, and its development has been vigorously supported by the government. The development of service industry in Chongqing has better geographical location advantage, talent reserve advantage and industry support advantage. Meanwhile, the overall development of urban and rural areas provides a large space for the development of service industry. Judging from the factors affecting the development of Chongqing's service industry, the industrial structure of Chongqing is relatively reasonable, and the level of service industry development has certain advantages in the western region. The level of economic development and residents' income have laid an economic foundation for the development of the service industry, and the improvement of the urbanization level has also driven the development of the service industry. However, in recent years, Chongqing's tertiary industry investment in fixed assets has declined. The third industry inside the real estate investment proportion is too large is also worthy of attention. As far as the competitiveness level of the service industry in Chongqing is concerned, the evaluation index system of the service industry is constructed based on the principles of science, comprehensiveness, continuity, operability and comparability. It is found that the competitiveness of Chongqing's service industry is increasing year by year. In order to improve the development level of service industry in Chongqing, it is necessary to adjust the internal structure of the first, second, third and tertiary industries, to increase the income level of the residents, especially to increase the income of the rural residents. It is necessary to further promote the overall reform of urban and rural areas to promote the development of the service industry by urbanization, and to increase investment in the service industry, especially in the modern service industry and the key service industry.
