【摘要】：酒店業(yè)作為旅游業(yè)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),其效率已經(jīng)引起每一個(gè)管理業(yè)者的關(guān)注。如何評估酒店業(yè)的效率,也已成為旅游業(yè)一個(gè)重要的研究領(lǐng)域。目前,國內(nèi)外普遍采用財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)比較的方法來研究酒店業(yè)的經(jīng)營效率。然而,對酒店業(yè)的運(yùn)作效率,如技術(shù)效率,規(guī)模效率等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)分析的研究依然比較欠缺。 本文引入數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析方法,通過數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法中的CCR模型,以廈門市的星級酒店為例,從《廈門經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)年鑒》中選擇了2009-2012年間的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對技術(shù)效率和規(guī)模效率進(jìn)行分析比較。 全文分為七章：第一章緒論,論述了酒店業(yè)效率的研究背景與意義,提出本文的研究方法及研究框架。第二章文獻(xiàn)綜述,對目前國內(nèi)外有關(guān)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)效率的研究進(jìn)行了回顧與述評,總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)效率研究的差異性和特點(diǎn)。第三章介紹了效率理論及其評價(jià)方法。第四章,評價(jià)模型與研究設(shè)計(jì)。具體介紹效率測算的非參數(shù)方法(DEA)以及CCR模型。第五章,廈門星級酒店效率評價(jià)。第六章提出了廈門星級酒店效率的優(yōu)化對策。最后一章是結(jié)論與展望。本章歸納總結(jié)了主要的研究結(jié)論,指出論文研究中存在的局限性,提出未來研究中需要進(jìn)一步深入研究的問題。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于引入效率概念,并運(yùn)用DEA模型衡量星級酒店的效率,更準(zhǔn)確而有效地判斷出廈門星級酒店業(yè)效率變化的原因,并得出以下結(jié)論：(1)2009-2012年間,廈門市星級酒店業(yè)的整體效率較高,呈增長趨勢。(2)總體上廈門星級酒店的規(guī)模效率和純技術(shù)效率間存在一定差距。(3)廈門市星級酒店業(yè)投入產(chǎn)出指標(biāo)存在投入冗余和產(chǎn)出不足現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Hotel industry as the pillar industry of tourism, its efficiency has attracted the attention of every management industry. How to evaluate the efficiency of hotel industry has become an important research field in tourism industry. At present, the financial index comparison method is widely used at home and abroad to study the management efficiency of hotel industry. However, the study of hotel operation efficiency, such as technical efficiency, scale efficiency and so on, is still lacking. This paper introduces the method of data envelopment analysis, through the CCR model of data envelopment analysis, taking the star hotels in Xiamen as an example, selects the relevant data from the yearbook of Xiamen Special Economic Zone from 2009 to 2012. Technical efficiency and scale efficiency are analyzed and compared. The thesis is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter introduces the research background and significance of hotel industry efficiency, and puts forward the research methods and research framework of this paper. In the second chapter, the author reviews and reviews the research on tourism industry efficiency at home and abroad, and summarizes the differences and characteristics of tourism industry efficiency research at home and abroad. The third chapter introduces the efficiency theory and its evaluation method. The fourth chapter, evaluation model and research design. The non-parametric method of efficiency measurement (DEA) and CCR model are introduced in detail. The fifth chapter, Xiamen star hotel efficiency evaluation. The sixth chapter puts forward the optimization countermeasure of Xiamen star hotel efficiency. The last chapter is the conclusion and prospect. This chapter summarizes the main research conclusions, points out the limitations of the research, and points out the problems that need to be further studied in the future. The innovation of this paper lies in the introduction of the concept of efficiency and the use of DEA model to measure the efficiency of star-rated hotels, and more accurately and effectively judge the reasons for the change of efficiency of Xiamen star-rated hotels, and draw the following conclusions: (1) from 2009-2012, The overall efficiency of the star hotel industry in Xiamen is relatively high. (2) there is a certain gap between the scale efficiency and the pure technical efficiency of the star hotels in Xiamen. (3) the input-output index of the star hotel industry in Xiamen has the phenomenon of input redundancy and insufficient output.
