【摘要】：經(jīng)過三十多年的經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,我國在科學技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟文化、教育管理等各方面都取得了輝煌的成就。隨著人民收入水平的提高,假期旅游也成為時尚生活的一種標志,以滿足商務(wù)旅游人士而開設(shè)的經(jīng)濟型酒店應(yīng)運而生。酒店憑借設(shè)施齊全、環(huán)境整潔、功能便利、物美價廉為特點,與市場需求高度契合,使人們對經(jīng)濟型酒店的信任度和依賴度越來越高。 本文通過對凱美集團經(jīng)營經(jīng)濟型酒店這一典型案例的研究,運用SWOT戰(zhàn)略分析,得出凱美集團在經(jīng)濟型酒店產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展上的顯著優(yōu)勢,確立了以江西的二、三線城市作為集團發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的切入點,以經(jīng)濟型酒店的連鎖化經(jīng)營為總體戰(zhàn)略的思路,并進行準確的市場定位、酒店選址,通過選擇租賃經(jīng)營,合作經(jīng)營,與集團零售業(yè)、房地產(chǎn)業(yè)組合經(jīng)營等投資模式,采取重視營銷與科學管理,充分開發(fā)集團人力資源優(yōu)勢,加強品牌建設(shè)和創(chuàng)新意識等一系列的進入策略,為凱美集團或其他企業(yè)起到借鑒作用并提供一定的應(yīng)用參考。 論文第一章為導論,主要回顧我國經(jīng)濟型酒店業(yè)的發(fā)展情況,闡述本課題的研究背景、意義及研究方法。第二章通過對經(jīng)濟型酒店業(yè)相關(guān)研究的綜述,回顧了國內(nèi)外對酒店品牌及經(jīng)濟型酒店經(jīng)營方面的研究。第三章通過運用PEST、 SWOT等方法對凱美集團所處的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進行分析。第四章在上述對凱美集團的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析基礎(chǔ)上,制訂出適合凱美集團經(jīng)濟型酒店的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。第五章依據(jù)凱美集團經(jīng)濟型酒店經(jīng)營的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,.探討其實施的步驟和策略。最后一章為結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of steady economic development, China has made brilliant achievements in science and technology, economy and culture, education and management. With the improvement of people's income level, holiday tourism has become a symbol of fashion life. The hotel is characterized by complete facilities, clean environment, convenient function, good quality and low price, which is in line with the market demand. It makes people rely more and more on the trust and dependence of economy hotels. This paper makes a study of the typical case of the management of economy hotels by means of SWOT strategic analysis. The paper draws the conclusion that the Kamei Group has significant advantages in the development of economy hotel industry, and establishes the idea of taking the second and third tier cities of Jiangxi as the breakthrough point of the group's development strategy and the chain management of the economic hotel as the overall strategy. And carry on the accurate market orientation, hotel location, by choosing the investment mode such as leasing management, cooperative management, group retailing, real estate combination management and so on, we should pay attention to marketing and scientific management, and fully develop the advantages of human resources of the group. A series of entry strategies, such as strengthening brand construction and innovation consciousness, can serve as a reference for Camry Group and other enterprises. Chapter one is an introduction, which reviews the development of economy hotel industry in China. This paper expounds the research background, significance and research methods of this subject. The second chapter reviews the domestic and foreign research on hotel brand and economic hotel management through the summary of related research on economic hotel industry. The third chapter analyzes the internal and external environment of Kaimei Group by using pest, SWOT and other methods. On the basis of the above analysis of the internal and external environment of Kaimei Group, the fourth chapter formulates the development strategy suitable for the economic hotel of Kaimei Group. The fifth chapter is based on the development strategy of economic hotel management of Kaimei Group. Discuss the steps and strategies of its implementation. The last chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
