【摘要】:本文對(duì)浙江省10城市休閑娛樂(lè)行業(yè)外來(lái)女性非正規(guī)就業(yè)進(jìn)行調(diào)查和分析,構(gòu)建了"灰色度"的概念。通過(guò)AMOS結(jié)構(gòu)方程分析后發(fā)現(xiàn),體型指數(shù)、受教育程度、兄弟姐妹數(shù)量、父母的工作情況對(duì)進(jìn)入這一行業(yè)從事非正規(guī)就業(yè)有顯著影響。認(rèn)為明晰并規(guī)范休閑娛樂(lè)行業(yè)的工作內(nèi)容和服務(wù)質(zhì)量是促進(jìn)該行業(yè)走向正軌和正規(guī)的可靠而現(xiàn)實(shí)的途徑,社會(huì)認(rèn)可和社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)支持將有助于這一轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates and analyzes the informal employment of foreign women in 10 cities of Zhejiang Province, and constructs the concept of "grey degree". Through the analysis of AMOS structural equation, it was found that body shape index, education level, number of siblings and parents' working conditions had significant influence on entering this industry to engage in informal employment. It is considered that clarifying and standardizing the work content and service quality of leisure and entertainment industry is a reliable and realistic way to promote the industry to be on track and formal. Social recognition and social network support will help this change.
