【摘要】:服務(wù)型制造是制造與服務(wù)融合發(fā)展的新模式和新趨勢。我國制造業(yè)已開始由生產(chǎn)型制造向著服務(wù)型制造轉(zhuǎn)型。與以往只專注于有形產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)型制造不同,服務(wù)型制造是企業(yè)由制造領(lǐng)域向服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的拓展與延伸,開展基于制造的服務(wù)和面向服務(wù)的制造。它是以滿足顧客的個性化和全方位的需求,提供給顧客“交鑰匙工程”和“一攬子”的全面解決方案,使顧客獲得最大的增值為出發(fā)點(diǎn),將產(chǎn)品制造業(yè)務(wù)與其前后端的服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)相融合,走“產(chǎn)品服務(wù)化”或“服務(wù)產(chǎn)品化”的路線。在這兩種轉(zhuǎn)型路線中,無論企業(yè)選擇走哪一種路徑,覆蓋產(chǎn)品全生命周期的整個業(yè)務(wù)流程既可由某個制造企業(yè)單獨(dú)完成,也可由制造企業(yè)和生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)企業(yè)合作共同完成。這里,不論選擇哪種開展服務(wù)型制造的轉(zhuǎn)型路徑和組織形式,其成功的關(guān)鍵在于對相關(guān)服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域的拓展及整個業(yè)務(wù)流程的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)與改進(jìn)。然而,長期以來,人們對包括生產(chǎn)工藝設(shè)計(jì)與選擇、設(shè)施選址與布置、生產(chǎn)物流運(yùn)作等在內(nèi)的有形產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)型制造業(yè)務(wù)流程做了大量的研究工作,而對服務(wù)型制造業(yè)務(wù)流程和服務(wù)運(yùn)作流程及其優(yōu)化的研究相對較少。至今圍繞著服務(wù)運(yùn)作流程的有關(guān)研究工作主要集中在基于顧客價值的服務(wù)過程優(yōu)化、組織結(jié)構(gòu)再造、公共服務(wù)體系優(yōu)化等方面,而關(guān)于服務(wù)型制造業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化的研究成果還十分鮮見,尤其是具有競爭優(yōu)勢期望的服務(wù)型制造業(yè)務(wù)流程設(shè)計(jì)及其優(yōu)化還是一個亟待解決的新課題。 本文面向制造企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型和開展服務(wù)型制造,主要研究內(nèi)容有以下幾個方面:首先,闡述服務(wù)型制造的概念、特點(diǎn)等基本理論及業(yè)務(wù)流程設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化的相關(guān)理論;其次,闡述服務(wù)型制造企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)理論,,提出服務(wù)型制造企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程設(shè)計(jì)程序并探討制造與服務(wù)融合的流程設(shè)計(jì)方法;再次,闡述服務(wù)型制造企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化的思路,探討了具有競爭優(yōu)勢期望的服務(wù)型制造企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化的程序,基于精益六西格瑪和質(zhì)量功能配置的融合集成,提出了具有競爭優(yōu)勢期望的服務(wù)型制造企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化的邏輯模型和數(shù)學(xué)模型;最后,通過一個案例闡述了優(yōu)化模型的具體運(yùn)用,以為制造企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型和服務(wù)型制造業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化提供支持和應(yīng)用參考。
[Abstract]:Service manufacturing is a new mode and trend of manufacturing and service integration. China's manufacturing industry has begun to transform from production manufacturing to service manufacturing. Service manufacturing is the expansion and extension of manufacturing field from manufacturing field to service field, which is based on manufacturing and service-oriented manufacturing. It is to meet the customer's personalized and all-round needs, to provide customers with a "turnkey project" and "a package" of a comprehensive solution, so that customers can get the maximum value added as the starting point. Combine the product manufacturing business with the service business at the front and back, and take the route of "product service" or "service production". In these two transformation routes, no matter which path enterprises choose to take, the whole business process covering the whole product life cycle can be completed either by a manufacturing enterprise alone or by a manufacturing enterprise and a productive service enterprise. Here, no matter which kind of transition path and organizational form of service-oriented manufacturing is chosen, the key to its success lies in the expansion of related service business areas and the optimization design and improvement of the whole business process. However, for a long time, people have done a lot of research on the manufacturing business processes of tangible products, including production process design and selection, facility location and layout, production logistics operation, etc. However, the research on service manufacturing business process and service operation process and its optimization is relatively few. So far, the research work around the service operation process mainly focuses on the service process optimization based on customer value, organizational structure reengineering, public service system optimization and so on. However, there are few researches on service manufacturing business process optimization, especially the design and optimization of service manufacturing business process, which has the expectation of competitive advantage, is still a new subject to be solved urgently. This paper focuses on the transformation of manufacturing enterprises and the development of service-oriented manufacturing. The main research contents are as follows: firstly, the basic theories of service-oriented manufacturing, such as the concept and characteristics of service-oriented manufacturing, and the relevant theories of business process design and optimization are expounded. This paper expounds the relevant theories of business process design in service-oriented manufacturing enterprises, puts forward the business process design program of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises and probes into the process design method of manufacturing and service integration. This paper expounds the idea of business process optimization in service manufacturing enterprises, and probes into the procedure of business process optimization of service manufacturing enterprises with the expectation of competitive advantage, which is based on the integration of Lean six Sigma and quality function configuration. The logical model and mathematical model of business process optimization of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises with competitive advantage are put forward. Finally, the application of the optimization model is illustrated by a case study. Provide support and application reference for manufacturing enterprise transformation and service manufacturing business process optimization.
