電子商務(wù)對(duì)我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展影響的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:隨著科技進(jìn)步以及科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的樹立,我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)由“工業(yè)型經(jīng)濟(jì)”朝“服務(wù)型經(jīng)濟(jì)”發(fā)展,服務(wù)業(yè)在穩(wěn)增長(zhǎng)、促就業(yè)、優(yōu)結(jié)構(gòu)中發(fā)揮著越來越關(guān)鍵的作用,是衡量我國(guó)綜合國(guó)力的主要指標(biāo),十八大五中全會(huì)議定的《中共中央關(guān)于制定國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展第十三個(gè)五年規(guī)劃建議》非常重視發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè),提出“放寬市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入,促進(jìn)服務(wù)業(yè)優(yōu)質(zhì)高效發(fā)展”。然而“十三五”時(shí)期推進(jìn)服務(wù)業(yè)改革面臨著服務(wù)業(yè)附加值率低、結(jié)構(gòu)不合理等亟需解決的問題。我國(guó)電子商務(wù)的實(shí)質(zhì)是“高效、共享、便捷”,應(yīng)用于服務(wù)業(yè),成為解決我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、附加值率低的重要手段。本文通過研究電子商務(wù)對(duì)我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展影響的機(jī)制、與服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)的關(guān)聯(lián)和影響程度,明晰電子商務(wù)促進(jìn)服務(wù)業(yè)進(jìn)步的路徑,結(jié)合我國(guó)電子商務(wù)目前發(fā)展存在的問題以及國(guó)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的借鑒,給出發(fā)展我國(guó)電子商務(wù)來推動(dòng)中國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)進(jìn)步的對(duì)策建議。本論文分成六個(gè)部分,緒論為本文的第一部分,包括本文選題的研究背景與意義,綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外研究文獻(xiàn),本文的研究思路、研究方法、研究的主要內(nèi)容和本文可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)與不足。第二部分為本文的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),主要介紹電子商務(wù)定義、特點(diǎn)、影響因素,服務(wù)業(yè)概述和電子商務(wù)對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展影響的機(jī)制及電子商務(wù)給我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展帶來的挑戰(zhàn)。第三部分從不同的角度對(duì)我國(guó)電子商務(wù)和服務(wù)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和面臨的問題以及我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)應(yīng)用電子商務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行定量分析。第四部分選取我國(guó)2005-2015年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)分析、回歸分析研究電子商務(wù)與我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)的影響程度,明晰電子商務(wù)推動(dòng)我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)進(jìn)步的路徑。第五部分分析國(guó)外電子商務(wù)先進(jìn)國(guó)家的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和對(duì)我國(guó)的啟示,第六部分綜合考慮前面五部分的相關(guān)研究成果,以推動(dòng)我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)進(jìn)步為目標(biāo),給出我國(guó)開展電子商務(wù)的切實(shí)可行的對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the establishment of scientific development view, the industrial structure of our country is developing from "industrial economy" to "service economy". Service industry is playing a more and more critical role in steady growth, promoting employment and excellent structure. The "proposal of the CPC Central Committee on formulating the 13th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development", agreed at the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th National Congress of the CPC Central Committee, attaches great importance to the development of the service industry and proposes that "market access be relaxed." To promote the high quality and efficient development of the service industry. However, in the period of the 13th Five-Year Plan, the service industry reform is faced with some problems, such as low value-added rate and unreasonable structure. The essence of electronic commerce in China is "high efficiency, sharing and convenience", which is an important means to solve the unreasonable structure and low value added rate of service industry in our country. By studying the mechanism of the influence of E-commerce on the development of service industry in China, and the relation and influence degree between E-commerce and the key indicators of service industry development, this paper clarifies the path of E-commerce to promote the development of service industry. Combined with the problems existing in the current development of e-commerce in China and the reference of foreign advanced experience, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of e-commerce in China to promote the progress of China's service industry are put forward. This paper is divided into six parts, the introduction is the first part of this paper, including the research background and significance of this topic, review of domestic and foreign research literature, research ideas, research methods, The main contents of the study and the possible innovations and shortcomings of this paper. The second part is the theoretical basis of this paper, mainly introduces the definition of e-commerce, characteristics, influencing factors, service industry overview and e-commerce impact on the development of service industry mechanism and e-commerce challenges to the development of our service industry. The third part makes a quantitative analysis of the current situation and problems of E-commerce and service industry in China from different angles as well as the current situation of E-commerce application in China's service industry. The fourth part selects the relevant data from 2005 to 2015 in our country, uses econometric correlation analysis, studies the influence degree of E-commerce and the key index of our country's service industry by regression analysis, and clarifies the path of E-commerce to promote the progress of our country's service industry. The fifth part analyzes the experience of foreign advanced countries of electronic commerce and the enlightenment to our country. The sixth part synthetically considers the related research results of the former five parts, in order to promote the progress of our country's service industry as the goal. The feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the development of e-commerce in China are given.
