【摘要】:2008年開始的金融危機(jī),給美國(guó)的酒店餐飲業(yè)帶來(lái)了巨大的打擊。為了節(jié)約成本,眾多酒店餐飲公司在采購(gòu)餐具設(shè)備時(shí)紛紛從原來(lái)的大批量備庫(kù)存式的采購(gòu)變成多批次小批量的及時(shí)采購(gòu),這就給餐具設(shè)備供應(yīng)商的經(jīng)營(yíng)帶來(lái)了沖擊,作為美國(guó)高端酒店餐具設(shè)備供應(yīng)商的FTA也未能幸免,承擔(dān)FTA在中國(guó)地區(qū)采購(gòu)的FOA公司,如何采用有效方法幫助母公司FTA滿足客戶的新需要是現(xiàn)階段要解決地非常重要的一個(gè)問(wèn)題。 建立快捷高效的供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)且粋(gè)重要的解決方法:在不增加運(yùn)營(yíng)成本的前提下優(yōu)化從生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)輸、裝柜、到海運(yùn)各個(gè)流程的操作,在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)把貨物送到FTA美國(guó)的分銷倉(cāng)庫(kù)。當(dāng)前FOA在供應(yīng)商管理,貨運(yùn)安排等方面存在不少問(wèn)題,導(dǎo)致公司的整體采購(gòu)能力和物流運(yùn)輸效率不高,影響母公司在美國(guó)對(duì)客戶的服務(wù)水平。 有鑒于此,本文以理論分析和FOA公司實(shí)例相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)FOA的供應(yīng)鏈管理進(jìn)行研究,分析FOA公司存在的問(wèn)題,提出快速反應(yīng)供應(yīng)鏈管理的基本理論。并就供應(yīng)商選擇和合作及物流操作提出優(yōu)化方案,幫助FOA提升服務(wù)水平。 論文的主要研究工作有以下3點(diǎn): 1.從客戶需求的變化,分析FOA供應(yīng)鏈管理的新需求。 2.指出FOA公司現(xiàn)行供應(yīng)鏈存在的問(wèn)題和改進(jìn)的必要性。 3.提出具體優(yōu)化方案并論證其可行性。 本文的研究不僅可以對(duì)FOA公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理提出有益的決策輔助,同時(shí)可以對(duì)正面臨新一輪競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力的廣大中小型出口企業(yè)提升供應(yīng)鏈管理水平提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The financial crisis that began in 2008 has dealt a huge blow to the hotel and catering industry in the United States. In order to save the cost, many hotel and catering companies have changed from large batch inventory procurement to multi-batch small batch timely procurement when purchasing tableware equipment, which has brought impact to the management of tableware equipment suppliers. FTA, a supplier of high-end hotel utensils and utensils in the United States, has also not been spared. FOA, which is responsible for the purchase of FTA in China, How to use effective methods to help parent company FTA meet the new needs of customers is a very important problem to solve at this stage. Establishing a fast and efficient supply chain is an important solution: optimize operations from production, transportation, loading, and shipping processes without increasing operating costs, and deliver the goods to the FTA distribution warehouse in the shortest time. At present, FOA has many problems in supplier management, freight arrangement and so on, which leads to the low purchasing ability and logistics efficiency of the company, which affects the service level of the parent company to customers in the United States. In view of this, this paper studies the supply chain management of FOA by combining theoretical analysis with the example of FOA company, analyzes the problems existing in FOA company, and puts forward the basic theory of rapid response supply chain management. And the supplier selection and cooperation and logistics operation optimization program to help FOA improve service level. The main research work of this paper is as follows: 1. Analyze the new demand of FOA supply chain management from the change of customer demand. 2. This paper points out the problems existing in the current supply chain of FOA Company and the necessity of improvement. 3. The concrete optimization scheme is put forward and its feasibility is proved. The research in this paper can not only provide a useful decision aid for the management of FOA, but also provide a reference for the small and medium-sized export enterprises which are facing a new round of competition pressure to enhance the level of supply chain management.
