【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和全球服務(wù)業(yè)的逐步發(fā)展,供應(yīng)鏈管理逐步向服務(wù)行業(yè)拓展,,并成為指導(dǎo)企業(yè)提高競爭力的一項(xiàng)重要指標(biāo)。在服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的相關(guān)研究中,供應(yīng)鏈整合是一個核心議題。制造業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈與服務(wù)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈有相同之處,但運(yùn)營特征、合作模式等諸多方面也存在很大的不同。結(jié)合服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈自身特點(diǎn),如何將制造供應(yīng)鏈的相關(guān)理論更好地運(yùn)用到服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈管理中已成為推動服務(wù)科學(xué)發(fā)展的一大研究趨勢。 制造業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的研究表明權(quán)力、關(guān)系承諾及網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力都對供應(yīng)鏈的整合及運(yùn)作績效有正向的影響,但在服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)營中,服務(wù)供應(yīng)商及服務(wù)集成商間合作關(guān)系及各因素影響程度、相互關(guān)聯(lián)等方面都存在差異性,需要進(jìn)一步的數(shù)據(jù)及實(shí)證研究加以分析。所以本研究將結(jié)合制造供應(yīng)鏈中權(quán)力、關(guān)系承諾、競爭者網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力、服務(wù)供應(yīng)商整合的相關(guān)理論對服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈自身的特點(diǎn)及各變量間相互作用關(guān)系加以分析。本研究期望通過服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈上游及中游間合作模式的探究進(jìn)一步完善服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈及服務(wù)科學(xué)理論體系。 本文基于服務(wù)科學(xué)視角,運(yùn)用相關(guān)理論及實(shí)證研究方法,在回顧國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對權(quán)力、關(guān)系承諾、競爭者網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力及服務(wù)供應(yīng)商整合的研究基礎(chǔ)上,以各變量研究為切入點(diǎn),深入探討了關(guān)系承諾在權(quán)力對服務(wù)供應(yīng)商整合影響中的中介作用及競爭者網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力在權(quán)力對關(guān)系承諾影響中的正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。為驗(yàn)證相關(guān)理論假設(shè),本研究主要選取廣東等地252家典型服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)為調(diào)查對象,通過對運(yùn)營主管和中高層管理者的問卷調(diào)研及數(shù)據(jù)收集,并結(jié)合SPSS17.0和AMOS7.0軟件工具進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,構(gòu)建了相關(guān)變量間的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,且通過模型要素間的路徑相關(guān)性分析對研究假設(shè)進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)及判斷。 研究結(jié)果顯示:(1)權(quán)力對關(guān)系承諾有顯著的正向影響;(2)權(quán)力對服務(wù)供應(yīng)商整合有顯著的正向影響;(3)關(guān)系承諾對服務(wù)供應(yīng)商整合有顯著的正向影響;(4)在權(quán)力對服務(wù)供應(yīng)商整合的影響過程中,關(guān)系承諾起中介作用;(5)在權(quán)力對關(guān)系承諾的影響過程中,競爭者網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力起正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of the Internet and the global service industry, supply chain management has gradually expanded into the service industry, and has become an important indicator to guide enterprises to improve their competitiveness. Supply chain integration is a core issue in the research of service supply chain. The manufacturing supply chain and the service supply chain have the same place, but the operation characteristic, the cooperation pattern and so on many aspects also exist the very big difference. According to the characteristics of service supply chain, how to better apply the theory of manufacturing supply chain to service supply chain management has become a research trend to promote the development of service science. The research of manufacturing supply chain shows that power, relationship commitment and network capability have positive influence on supply chain integration and operation performance, but in service supply chain operation. There are differences in the relationship between service providers and service integrators, as well as the degree of influence and correlation of various factors, which need to be analyzed by further data and empirical research. Therefore, this study will analyze the characteristics of the service supply chain and the interaction relationship between the variables based on the relevant theories of power, relationship commitment, competitors' network capability and service supplier integration in the manufacturing supply chain. The purpose of this study is to improve the theoretical system of service supply chain and service science by exploring the cooperation mode between upstream and middle reaches of service supply chain. Based on the perspective of service science, using relevant theories and empirical research methods, this paper reviews the domestic and foreign scholars' research on power, relationship commitment, competitors' network capability and service supplier integration, and takes the research of various variables as the breakthrough point. This paper probes into the intermediary role of relationship commitment in the influence of power on service provider integration and the positive adjustment function of competitor network ability in the influence of power on relationship commitment. In order to verify the relevant theoretical hypothesis, 252 typical service enterprises in Guangdong and other places were selected as the survey objects, and the questionnaire survey and data collection were conducted to the operational supervisors and the middle and senior managers. Based on the empirical analysis of SPSS17.0 and AMOS7.0 software tools, the structural equation model between related variables is constructed, and the research hypotheses are tested and judged by the path correlation analysis among the elements of the model. The results show that power has a significant positive impact on relationship commitment. (2) Power has a significant positive impact on service provider integration. 3) relationship commitment has a significant positive impact on service provider integration. In the process of integration, Relationship commitment plays an intermediary role) in the process of influence of power on relationship commitment, the network capability of competitors plays a positive role.
