【摘要】:達(dá)康養(yǎng)生有限公司是一家提供專業(yè)養(yǎng)生服務(wù)的O2O公司,公司提供便捷的網(wǎng)上預(yù)約,網(wǎng)下中醫(yī)理療、養(yǎng)生健康指導(dǎo)等服務(wù)。公司目前主要提供酒火灸和揉腹兩種產(chǎn)品,來(lái)有效解除病痛騷擾,并將逐步滲透到食療等其他健康產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域,提供滿足不同需求層次的健康產(chǎn)品。預(yù)測(cè)到2020年,全國(guó)中醫(yī)健康服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)則為3萬(wàn)億人民幣。目前眾多的客戶群因?yàn)闆]有上門中醫(yī)理療服務(wù),中醫(yī)理療需求得不到滿足,存在大規(guī)模潛在市場(chǎng),按摩等中醫(yī)理療產(chǎn)品具有單客價(jià)高、頻率高、用戶接受度高、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈短等特點(diǎn),天然易于線上、線下結(jié)合,按摩服務(wù)O2O行業(yè)因此出現(xiàn)并迅速成長(zhǎng),如今行業(yè)內(nèi)產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化嚴(yán)重,在一線城市價(jià)格補(bǔ)貼戰(zhàn)頻現(xiàn),而二線城市如哈爾濱尚無(wú)一家按摩O2O企業(yè)滿足潛在需求市場(chǎng)。本文經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)哈爾濱市場(chǎng)調(diào)研分析后,將目標(biāo)客戶鎖定為支付能力較高的中年政府官員和國(guó)企干部,并通過(guò)與市場(chǎng)常見同類產(chǎn)品的對(duì)比,送健康到“公務(wù)員小區(qū)”等線下體驗(yàn)與移動(dòng)端、PC端、電視端等多種終端,便捷程序訂購(gòu)線上理療產(chǎn)品相結(jié)合,打造O2O閉合鏈,在讓市場(chǎng)了解和認(rèn)可產(chǎn)品后,采取顧客認(rèn)知定價(jià)法和撇脂定價(jià)法來(lái)獲取更多利潤(rùn)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的研究,對(duì)營(yíng)銷人才、線上運(yùn)營(yíng)人才、按摩技術(shù)開發(fā)人才進(jìn)行有機(jī)組合,尤其是要解決如何發(fā)揮按摩師的積極性的問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)合理的激勵(lì)和考核培訓(xùn)制度吸引人才,保持服務(wù)的高水平和穩(wěn)定性等。按照穩(wěn)健型會(huì)計(jì)原則進(jìn)行財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)測(cè),形成可復(fù)制的商業(yè)模式,并預(yù)估風(fēng)險(xiǎn)尋找對(duì)策是本文同樣需要解決的問(wèn)題。本創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃書通過(guò)對(duì)按摩市場(chǎng)O2O的研究,決定率先一步走出差異化產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng),通過(guò)在創(chuàng)業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,會(huì)逐漸摸索出成長(zhǎng)擴(kuò)張的商業(yè)模式,并逐步過(guò)渡到健康產(chǎn)業(yè)細(xì)分市場(chǎng),提供更好的產(chǎn)品,更先進(jìn)的技術(shù),更好的客戶體驗(yàn),更好地滿足人們的健康需求。本項(xiàng)目在滿足市場(chǎng)的需求時(shí),按摩等中醫(yī)理療市場(chǎng)迅速規(guī)模化拉動(dòng)對(duì)按摩師的需求,這會(huì)解決如盲人等部分難以就業(yè)的眾多人員的社會(huì)就業(yè)問(wèn)題,為社會(huì)創(chuàng)造更多價(jià)值,也為這些人群帶來(lái)更多的經(jīng)濟(jì)收入和贏得社會(huì)的尊重。

Making financial forecast according to the prudent accounting principle, forming a replicable business model, and predicting the risk finding countermeasures are the same problems that need to be solved in this article.
