【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化大背景下，服務(wù)經(jīng)濟時代的到來使得知識信息密集的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)迎來了巨大的發(fā)展機遇，伴隨發(fā)達國家和地區(qū)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的高速發(fā)展，，大量吸引外商資本進入該領(lǐng)域并為制造業(yè)的發(fā)展提供強大支撐，大大加快了其產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級的步伐，促進了其經(jīng)濟的又一輪快速增長。而目前我國生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展尚處于初級階段，其吸引的FDI金額在外商直接投資總額中所占比重相對較低，生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)起步較晚的中部地區(qū)在利用FDI方面更是面臨著產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)薄弱、限制因素較多等各種問題，因此，基于特定區(qū)位條件和經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)進行中部地區(qū)FDI對生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的影響以及生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的機遇和掣肘的相關(guān)分析，并以此對中部地區(qū)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)利用FDI的發(fā)展路徑選擇提出相應(yīng)建議具有極大地現(xiàn)實意義。 本文通過對1995-2010年全國和中部六省利用FDI的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)進行處理，并采用計量分析中的格蘭杰因果檢驗方法來研究FDI對中部地區(qū)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)各個方面的影響，其中重點分析了FDI對中部地區(qū)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)整體的經(jīng)濟增長、就業(yè)和對外貿(mào)易等方面的影響，并在實證分析的基礎(chǔ)之上對中部地區(qū)如何利用FDI發(fā)展生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)提出相應(yīng)的對策建議。本文大體分為五個部分：第一部分是導(dǎo)論，重點闡述了選擇該論題的理論和現(xiàn)實意義，歸納了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的相關(guān)研究成果；第二部分是理論分析，對生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)利用FDI的相關(guān)理論進行梳理，并界定了中部地區(qū)、FDI和生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的相關(guān)概念和囊括范疇，同時對生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)利用FDI的動因進行了簡單的解釋；第三部分是概況介紹，此部分通過大量的數(shù)據(jù)佐證和對照比較的描述方法介紹了全國和中部地區(qū)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)狀以及其利用FDI的情況；第四部分是實證分析，從定量的角度對FDI；第五部分以前面章節(jié)的定性和定量分析結(jié)果為依據(jù)，運用歸納和對策研究的方法提出中部地區(qū)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)利用FDI的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, the arrival of the era of service economy makes the knowledge-intensive producer services ushered in a great opportunity for development, with the rapid development of producer services in developed countries and regions. Attracting foreign capital into this field and providing strong support for the development of manufacturing industry greatly quicken the pace of optimizing and upgrading its industrial structure and promote another round of rapid growth of its economy. At present, the development of producer services in China is still in the primary stage, and the amount of FDI it attracts is relatively low in the total amount of foreign direct investment. The central region, where producer services started late, is faced with many problems, such as weak industrial foundation and more restrictive factors in the use of FDI. Based on the specific location conditions and economic basis, this paper analyzes the impact of FDI on producer services in the central region and the opportunities and constraints faced by the development of producer services. It is of great practical significance to put forward some suggestions on the choice of development path for producer service industry in central China using FDI. This paper deals with the statistical data of FDI in China and six provinces in central China from 1995 to 2010, and uses the Granger causality test method in econometric analysis to study the impact of FDI on all aspects of producer services in the central region. Among them, it focuses on the impact of FDI on the overall economic growth, employment and foreign trade of producer services in the central region. On the basis of empirical analysis, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to develop producer services by using FDI in the central region. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is an introduction, focusing on the theoretical and practical significance of choosing the topic, summarizing the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars, the second part is the theoretical analysis, The related theories of FDI utilization in producer services are reviewed, and the related concepts and scope of producer services in the central region are defined. At the same time, the reasons for the utilization of FDI in producer services are simply explained. The third part is a general introduction, this part through a large number of data to prove and compare the description of the way to introduce the development of producer services in China and the central region, as well as its use of FDI, the fourth part is empirical analysis. The fifth part is based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis results of the previous chapters, and puts forward the development strategy of producer services using FDI in the central region by the methods of induction and countermeasure research.
