【摘要】:正這些年的改革發(fā)展,全國服務(wù)業(yè)500強(qiáng)企業(yè)的浙江萬豐集團(tuán)摸索出一套適合萬豐特色的以集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略為導(dǎo)向的預(yù)算目標(biāo)與績效管理體系。一、萬豐集團(tuán)預(yù)算目標(biāo)與績效管理體系萬豐集團(tuán)的預(yù)算目標(biāo)與績效管理體系是個系統(tǒng)工程,有戰(zhàn)略管理系統(tǒng)、預(yù)算目標(biāo)管理系統(tǒng)、績效管理系統(tǒng)三個子系統(tǒng)組成,三者相輔相成。
[Abstract]:With the reform and development of these years, Zhejiang Wanfeng Group, which is the top 500 enterprise of service industry in China, has found out a set of budget target and performance management system which is guided by group strategy and suitable for Wanfeng's characteristics. First, the budget target and performance management system of Wanfeng Group is a system engineering, which consists of three subsystems: strategic management system, budget target management system, and performance management system. The three complement each other.
