【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)人口老齡化形勢(shì)的進(jìn)一步嚴(yán)峻,養(yǎng)老社會(huì)化、市場(chǎng)化是大勢(shì)所趨。新型養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)必將異軍突起,前景看好。從某種意義上講,未來(lái)養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展必將超越其他傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)業(yè),“銀發(fā)產(chǎn)業(yè)”將成為老齡化社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)。中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)在改革開放后的三十多年來(lái)一直保持高速發(fā)展的態(tài)勢(shì),經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展促使人民群眾生活水平普遍提高,但伴隨著上世紀(jì)80年代計(jì)劃生育政策的實(shí)施,目前421、621、甚至821家庭以及空巢家庭的逐步增多等形勢(shì)的變化,單純的國(guó)家福利性養(yǎng)老已難以滿足人民群眾日益突出的對(duì)多樣化養(yǎng)老的需求,這就要求政府創(chuàng)新養(yǎng)老體制,制定有利于養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展的各項(xiàng)扶持政策和措施,積極鼓勵(lì)社會(huì)力量參與社會(huì)化養(yǎng)老體系的構(gòu)建,助力養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。 民營(yíng)企業(yè)大舉進(jìn)入養(yǎng)老行業(yè),是養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果。這一方面需要政府為養(yǎng)老行業(yè)的規(guī)范化、可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供政策法律保障,另一方面從企業(yè)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的角度來(lái)看,更需要企業(yè)自身立足實(shí)際,制定符合本企業(yè)定位的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,通過自身的不斷創(chuàng)新,提高核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,以實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)既定的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。 本文對(duì)XH養(yǎng)老運(yùn)營(yíng)公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了介紹,對(duì)XH養(yǎng)老運(yùn)營(yíng)公司面臨的產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了梳理,通過對(duì)XH養(yǎng)老運(yùn)營(yíng)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的成長(zhǎng)條件分析,本文認(rèn)為XH養(yǎng)老運(yùn)營(yíng)公司在當(dāng)前這種大機(jī)遇與大危機(jī)并存的形勢(shì)下,唯有采用整合戰(zhàn)略,充分利用國(guó)家及各級(jí)政府對(duì)養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)在政策上的大力支持、依靠企業(yè)自身項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)建立起來(lái)的園區(qū)硬件設(shè)施條件和軟件服務(wù)體系的基礎(chǔ)(專業(yè)化養(yǎng)老服務(wù)能力和數(shù)字化的健康管理能力),本著“先做成一個(gè),再發(fā)展其他”的宗旨,做好公司戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的頂層設(shè)計(jì),采用整合戰(zhàn)略作為成長(zhǎng)戰(zhàn)略。在公司現(xiàn)有項(xiàng)目的啟動(dòng)上要有所取舍、有所側(cè)重,以“不為所有,只為所用”的原則整合理念價(jià)值觀相同、遠(yuǎn)景目標(biāo)一致的合作伙伴,善用彼此資源,打造該公司的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。把握機(jī)遇,借力借勢(shì),創(chuàng)造共同財(cái)富,通過資源整合最終實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。希望本文的研究能為XH養(yǎng)老運(yùn)營(yíng)公司的發(fā)展提供一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the aging of the population in China, pension socialization, marketization is the trend of the times. New endowment service industry will rise suddenly, the prospect is bright. In a sense, the future development of pension industry will surpass other traditional service industries, and "silver hair industry" will become the sunrise industry in the development of aging society and economy. Since the reform and opening up, the Chinese economy has been developing at a high speed for more than 30 years. The economic development has promoted the general improvement of the living standards of the people, but with the implementation of the family planning policy in the 1980s, At present, with the changes in the situation of 421621, even 821 families and the increasing number of empty nest families, it is difficult to satisfy the increasing demand of the people for a variety of pension services by simply providing for the welfare of the state. This requires the government to innovate the pension system. To establish various supporting policies and measures conducive to the healthy development of the old-age industry, actively encourage the social forces to participate in the construction of the socialized pension system, and help the development of the old-age industry. Private enterprise enters endowment industry on a large scale, it is the inevitable result that endowment industry market develops. On the one hand, the government needs the government to provide policy and legal guarantee for the standardization and sustainable development of the pension industry. On the other hand, from the perspective of long-term development of the enterprise, it is even more necessary for the enterprise to base itself on reality and formulate a development strategy that conforms to the orientation of the enterprise. Through its own continuous innovation, improve the core competitiveness, to achieve the established strategic objectives of the enterprise. This paper introduces the present situation of XH pension operation company, combs the industrial environment faced by XH pension operation company, and analyzes the growth conditions of XH pension operation company's development strategy. This paper holds that XH pension operation company can only adopt the integration strategy and make full use of the support of the government at all levels to support the pension industry under the situation of the coexistence of the big opportunity and the great crisis. Depending on the hardware facilities and the foundation of the software service system of the park, which has been built up by the enterprise's own project, (specialized old-age service ability and digitized health management ability), with the aim of "make one first, then develop other", Do well the top level design of the company's strategic development, adopt the integration strategy as the growth strategy. In the company's existing projects to start a choice, some emphasis, "not for all, only for the use of" the principle of integration of ideas and values, vision and goals of the same partners, the best use of each other's resources, Build the company's core competitiveness and competitive advantage. Seize the opportunity, take advantage of the opportunity, create common wealth, and finally achieve their strategic goal through the integration of resources. I hope this study can provide some reference for the development of XH pension operation company.
