【摘要】：餐飲ERP管理系統(tǒng)可以有效地利用信息化帶來的便捷,及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的處理各種餐飲數(shù)據(jù)信息,完成各種任務(wù)。嘉和一品餐飲公司的ERP系統(tǒng),存在管理混亂、漏洞多、缺乏特色、效率低下等問題。本文在信息技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,集成信息技術(shù)和先進(jìn)的管理思想,在餐飲O2O的背景下,結(jié)合嘉和一品連鎖餐飲企業(yè)的實(shí)際需求,提出嘉和一品公司餐飲ERP系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化方案。本文首先餐飲ERP新需求為優(yōu)化的主要目標(biāo),根據(jù)餐飲ERP建設(shè)中所需要的必備技術(shù)進(jìn)行深入研究,在能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)的前提下提出餐飲ERP系統(tǒng)整體構(gòu)架和基于主要技術(shù)的構(gòu)建模式。然后結(jié)合餐飲ERP的要求設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化的功能系統(tǒng)模塊,對(duì)嘉和一品公司餐飲ERP系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架和功能設(shè)計(jì),提出餐飲ERP存在的問題,并給出優(yōu)化解決方案。最后將理論的分析套用于實(shí)踐,并對(duì)嘉和一品公司餐飲ERP系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化實(shí)現(xiàn)。通過本文對(duì)嘉和一品公司餐飲ERP系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化研究和分析,使嘉和一品餐飲管理能夠順利地轉(zhuǎn)型,使之從供應(yīng)到消費(fèi)的整個(gè)過程去優(yōu)化嘉和一品企業(yè)的現(xiàn)有資源,深入地優(yōu)化了目前企業(yè)的餐飲運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)模式,使之有效地適應(yīng)了目前消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)對(duì)餐飲企業(yè)合理調(diào)配企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源的要求,它對(duì)于改善嘉和一品企業(yè)餐飲服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)流程、提高企業(yè)在信息時(shí)代的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力起到了一定的作用。
[Abstract]:Catering ERP management system can effectively use the convenience brought by information, timely and accurately deal with all kinds of catering data information, complete all kinds of tasks. The ERP system of Jia he Yi Pin Restaurant Company has many problems, such as management confusion, loopholes, lack of features, inefficiency and so on. On the basis of information technology, integrating information technology and advanced management ideas, under the background of catering O2O, combined with the actual needs of Jia-he Yi Pin chain catering enterprises, this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of catering ERP system of Jia-he Yi Pin Company. In this paper, the new demand of catering ERP is the main goal of the optimization, according to the necessary technology needed in the construction of catering ERP, the overall framework of catering ERP system and the construction mode based on main technology are put forward under the premise of realization. Based on the functional system module of catering ERP, the system structure and function design of catering ERP in Jia-he Yi Pin Company are discussed, and the problems existing in catering ERP are put forward, and the optimization solution is given. Finally, the theoretical analysis set is applied to practice, and the ERP system of Jia-he Yiping Company is optimized and realized. Through the research and analysis of the ERP system optimization in the catering industry of Jiahe Yiping Company, the management of the catering system can be transformed smoothly, and the existing resources of the Jiahe Yiping Company can be optimized from the whole process of supply to consumption. It has thoroughly optimized the current catering operation mode of the enterprise, so that it can effectively adapt to the demands of the current consumer market on the rational allocation of the internal resources of the catering enterprises. It can improve the catering service business process of the Jia-he Yi Pin enterprise. To improve the core competitiveness of enterprises in the information age has played a certain role.
