【摘要】:30多年來(lái),中國(guó)旅游酒店的數(shù)量和規(guī)模伴隨著中國(guó)旅游事業(yè)的發(fā)展而高速增長(zhǎng),進(jìn)而形成了以星級(jí)旅游酒店為主體的旅游酒店市場(chǎng)激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)格局。作為旅游酒店的經(jīng)營(yíng)者面臨著如何把握住經(jīng)營(yíng)商機(jī),開(kāi)拓獨(dú)特的特色經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,采用差異化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略來(lái)獲得更好的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),使酒店通過(guò)為游客提供更高的服務(wù)附加值,提升游客的旅游服務(wù)滿意度的基礎(chǔ)上獲取更多的利潤(rùn),從而解決酒店能夠在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中獲得生存與發(fā)展的問(wèn)題。 主題酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)模式是近年來(lái)從國(guó)外引進(jìn)的一種酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,但如何基于中國(guó)獨(dú)特的地域背景和文化氛圍,將所依托主題的獨(dú)特精華內(nèi)涵沁潤(rùn)于酒店的環(huán)境建設(shè)、特色服務(wù)項(xiàng)目之中,以此來(lái)強(qiáng)化酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)特色、提升對(duì)游客旅游服務(wù)的附加效應(yīng),目前這個(gè)問(wèn)題尚處于探索階段,也缺少成熟的經(jīng)驗(yàn)可以借鑒。本文以曲阜DF儒家酒店的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理系統(tǒng)水平的提升過(guò)程為例,研討該酒店如何利用地處孔子故里、儒家發(fā)源地這一獨(dú)特的區(qū)域優(yōu)勢(shì)與文化底蘊(yùn),來(lái)構(gòu)建一種具有儒家魅力的文化主題型酒店的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,以此達(dá)到提升酒店的經(jīng)營(yíng)收益,獲得更好的投資價(jià)值的問(wèn)題。 本文采用了理論分析和實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合、定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法研究曲阜DF儒家酒店的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷策略問(wèn)題。研討了如何將儒家文化這一特定的主題靈魂融入到酒店的經(jīng)營(yíng)策略中,從如何構(gòu)建一個(gè)感受濃烈儒家文化氛圍的酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境,規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)獨(dú)特的儒家文化服務(wù)項(xiàng)目與產(chǎn)品,活化儒家主題酒店服務(wù)方式的經(jīng)營(yíng)策略模式著手,總結(jié)了服務(wù)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)、價(jià)格定位、營(yíng)銷渠道拓展、從業(yè)人員培訓(xùn)、企業(yè)形象展示和特色服務(wù)等實(shí)施環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行把控的經(jīng)驗(yàn),形成符合該酒店實(shí)際發(fā)展需要的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷策略。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years, the number and scale of tourist hotels in China have increased rapidly with the development of China's tourism industry, which has formed a fierce competition pattern of tourist hotels with star-rated tourist hotels as the main body. As the operators of tourist hotels, they are faced with how to grasp the business opportunities, develop the unique business model, adopt the differentiated competitive strategy to obtain better competitive advantages, and make the hotel provide higher service added value for tourists. In order to solve the problem that hotel can survive and develop in the fierce market competition, we can get more profit on the basis of improving the satisfaction of tourist service. Hotel Theme management model is a kind of hotel management mode introduced from abroad in recent years. However, based on the unique regional background and cultural atmosphere of China, the unique essence of the subject can be applied to the environmental construction of the hotel. Among the characteristic service items, we can strengthen the characteristics of hotel management and enhance the additional effect on tourist tourism service. At present, this problem is still in the exploration stage, and lack of mature experience can be used for reference. Taking the management and management system of the DF Confucian Hotel in Qufu as an example, this paper discusses how to make use of the unique regional advantage and cultural background of being located in the hometown of Confucius and the birthplace of Confucianism. To construct a kind of culture theme hotel management mode with Confucian charm, in order to improve the hotel management income and obtain better investment value. This paper uses the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to study the marketing strategy of Qufu DF Confucian Hotel. This paper discusses how to integrate the soul of Confucian culture into the hotel management strategy, how to construct a hotel management environment with strong Confucian culture atmosphere, and how to plan and design unique Confucian culture service items and products. Activating the management strategy mode of service mode of Hotel Theme of Confucianism, this paper sums up the experience of controlling service product design, price orientation, marketing channel expansion, employee training, corporate image display and characteristic service, etc. Form a marketing strategy that meets the needs of the hotel's actual development.
