【摘要】：企業(yè)信息化是構(gòu)成現(xiàn)代企業(yè)競爭力的一個核心因素,現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略實現(xiàn)需要信息系統(tǒng)的支撐。酒店業(yè)成為拉動內(nèi)需、提供就業(yè)機會的重要服務產(chǎn)業(yè),面臨各方面的競爭也急劇增加,酒店業(yè)發(fā)現(xiàn)機遇和風險并存,如何利用信息技術(shù),取得競爭優(yōu)勢,是酒店業(yè)管理人員面臨的難題。融新酒店是位于新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)烏魯木齊市的一家三星級酒店,成立十余年來,也正在謀求通過信息系統(tǒng)的使用來推動企業(yè)進一步發(fā)展。但面對如何有序、漸進性推進信息化建設缺乏長遠考慮。如何利于現(xiàn)有的信息系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃理論成果,為類似融新酒店這樣的中小酒店業(yè)提出信息系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的長遠規(guī)劃,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略和信息系統(tǒng)發(fā)展規(guī)劃的匹配,是一個急需解決的問題。本文首先分析了信息系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃的研究成果,綜述了酒店業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀;總體上采用中小企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃框架提出的模型和分層次的思路,開展融新酒店的信息系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃分析;利用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略分析方法,提出了企業(yè)經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略;采用戰(zhàn)略集合轉(zhuǎn)移法,根據(jù)融新酒店經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略目標,提出融新酒店的信息系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃的目標;采用關(guān)鍵成功因素法得到關(guān)系到融新酒店企業(yè)經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略實現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵因素,在此基礎上,提出融新酒店的信息系統(tǒng)需求;根據(jù)信息系統(tǒng)需求,采用企業(yè)系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃法對融新酒店的信息源、數(shù)據(jù)類進行分析,綜合考慮融新酒店資源因素和外部條件,對信息系統(tǒng)需求進行完善,形成融新酒店的信息系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃,提出相關(guān)結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Enterprise informatization is a core factor that constitutes the competitiveness of modern enterprises. The realization of modern enterprise strategy needs the support of information system. The hotel industry has become an important service industry to stimulate domestic demand and provide employment opportunities, and it is facing a sharp increase in competition in all aspects. The hotel industry finds that opportunities and risks coexist, and how to use information technology to obtain competitive advantages. Is the hotel industry management staff face a difficult problem. Rongxin Hotel is a three-star hotel located in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region. Since its establishment for more than a decade, it is also seeking to promote the further development of enterprises through the use of information systems. But face how orderly, gradual advance information construction lacks long-term consideration. How to benefit the existing information system planning theory, put forward the long-term plan of the information system development for the small and medium-sized hotel industry such as Rongxin Hotel, realize the matching of the enterprise management strategy and the information system development plan, It is a problem that needs to be solved urgently. This paper first analyzes the research results of information system planning, summarizes the present situation of hotel information system development, and generally adopts the model and hierarchical thinking proposed by the information system planning framework of small and medium-sized enterprises. The information system planning and analysis of the new hotel is carried out, the enterprise management strategy is put forward by using the enterprise strategy analysis method, and the target of the information system planning of the new hotel is put forward according to the strategic target of the new hotel management by using the strategic set transfer method. The key factors related to the realization of the management strategy of the new hotel enterprise are obtained by using the key success factor method. On this basis, the information system requirements of the new hotel are put forward, according to the information system requirements, The enterprise system planning method is used to analyze the information source and data class of the new hotel. Considering the resource factors and external conditions of the new hotel, the information system requirement is improved, and the information system planning of the new hotel is formed. The relevant conclusions are put forward.
