【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)家政業(yè)的結(jié)合將導(dǎo)致數(shù)字鴻溝的彌合亦或延續(xù)。本文通過(guò)建立勞動(dòng)關(guān)系-勞動(dòng)過(guò)程的聯(lián)合分析框架,指出金融資本和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)共同建構(gòu)了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)家政業(yè)強(qiáng)控制-弱契約的用工模式,通過(guò)輕資產(chǎn)戰(zhàn)略延續(xù)家政工弱契約的勞動(dòng)關(guān)系,又通過(guò)管理控制的多元化主體加強(qiáng)對(duì)勞動(dòng)者的管理控制,形成強(qiáng)控制的勞動(dòng)過(guò)程類(lèi)型,從而在組織內(nèi)部進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了底層勞動(dòng)者的結(jié)構(gòu)位置,使數(shù)字鴻溝的運(yùn)用差異結(jié)果被固化和隱性化。同時(shí),通過(guò)在勞動(dòng)過(guò)程討論中引入性別分析機(jī)制,呈現(xiàn)了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)家政業(yè)生產(chǎn)政體形成機(jī)制的復(fù)雜性。
[Abstract]:The combination of Internet technology and traditional housekeeping will lead to the bridging or continuation of the digital divide. Through the establishment of a joint analysis framework of labor relationship and labor process, this paper points out that financial capital and Internet technology jointly construct the employment model of strong control and weak contract in Internet home economics. Through the strategy of light assets to extend the labor relations of domestic workers weak contract, and through the management control of multiple subjects to strengthen the management control of workers, forming a strong control of the labor process type, Thus, the structural position of the bottom workers is further strengthened within the organization, and the difference in the application of the digital divide is solidified and recessive. At the same time, by introducing the gender analysis mechanism into the labor process discussion, it presents the complexity of the formation mechanism of the Internet domestic production system.
