【摘要】：本文基于天津市統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),從服務(wù)業(yè)對經(jīng)濟增長的彈性、對勞動力就業(yè)彈性以及第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的能源消耗等幾個方面,實證分析了天津市服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)型的影響。分析的結(jié)果表明,天津服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)型具有較強的影響。第三產(chǎn)業(yè)特別是其中的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)對經(jīng)濟增長、勞動就業(yè)具有明顯的拉動能力,并且還存在很大的發(fā)展空間,第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的能源消耗也明顯低于第二產(chǎn)業(yè)。天津市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式的進(jìn)一步轉(zhuǎn)型,需要促進(jìn)第三產(chǎn)業(yè)特別是現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展。 論文主要分為七個部分,第一部分是導(dǎo)論,闡述了選題背景與選題意義,研究內(nèi)容與研究方法以及主要的創(chuàng)新與不足。第二部分是“關(guān)于服務(wù)業(yè)和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的相關(guān)概念和文獻(xiàn)綜述”。其中分別闡述了中外關(guān)于“經(jīng)濟發(fā)展”和“服務(wù)業(yè)”的相關(guān)理論和文獻(xiàn)綜述。第三部分,依據(jù)天津市的具體情況對關(guān)于經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)型的指標(biāo)分別進(jìn)行測算評估,發(fā)現(xiàn)天津市的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)和資源環(huán)境指標(biāo)對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)型的影響較大,由于篇幅的限制不能逐個的對所有的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行詳盡的分析,所以本文就重點的詳細(xì)研究了第三產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值比重、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)就業(yè)比重、單位GDP碳排放量這幾個指標(biāo)對天津市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)型的影響。第四部分,分析了1978—2012年天津市三次產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,并且通過實證分析得出在現(xiàn)階段天津市第三產(chǎn)業(yè)對全市GDP貢獻(xiàn)的彈性、對就業(yè)的拉動能力都高于第二產(chǎn)業(yè)。第五部分,對1996—2012年天津市各產(chǎn)業(yè)能源消費結(jié)構(gòu)變化強度進(jìn)行實證分析,分析得出就天津市而言,在適當(dāng)保持第二產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的前提下,加大第三產(chǎn)業(yè)特別是現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展,是解決當(dāng)前能源消費量和GDP增長矛盾關(guān)系的一個有效選擇。第六部分,比較了天津市與美國服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展,提出了天津市服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展需要借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國家的模式。第七部分是論文的主要結(jié)論以及一些建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the statistical data of Tianjin, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of the development of service industry in Tianjin on the transformation of economic development from the aspects of the elasticity of service industry to economic growth, the elasticity of labor force employment and the energy consumption of tertiary industry. The results show that the development of Tianjin service industry has a strong impact on the transformation of economic development mode. The tertiary industry, especially the modern service industry, has an obvious ability to pull economic growth and employment, and there is still a lot of room for development. The energy consumption of the tertiary industry is obviously lower than that of the secondary industry. The further transformation of Tianjin's economic development mode needs to promote the development of the tertiary industry, especially the modern service industry. The paper is divided into seven parts, the first part is an introduction, the background and significance of the topic, research content and research methods, as well as the main innovations and shortcomings. The second part is the related concepts and literature review of service industry and economic development. It expounds the theory and literature review of economic development and service industry respectively at home and abroad. In the third part, according to the specific situation of Tianjin, the index of economic development mode transformation is calculated and evaluated separately, and it is found that the industrial structure index and resource environment index of Tianjin have great influence on the transformation of economic development mode. Because the space limitation cannot carry on the detailed analysis to all the indexes one by one, so this article has studied the tertiary industry output value proportion in detail, the tertiary industry employment proportion in detail. The impact of carbon emissions per unit GDP on the transformation of Tianjin's economic development mode. The fourth part analyzes the three industrial structure changes in Tianjin from 1978 to 2012, and through empirical analysis, it concludes that Tianjin tertiary industry contributes to the GDP of Tianjin at this stage, and the ability to pull employment is higher than that of the secondary industry. In the fifth part, the change intensity of energy consumption structure of various industries in Tianjin from 1996 to 2012 is empirically analyzed, and the conclusion is drawn that, as far as Tianjin is concerned, under the premise of properly maintaining the development of the secondary industry, Increasing the development of the tertiary industry, especially the modern service industry, is an effective choice to solve the contradiction between energy consumption and GDP growth. In the sixth part, the author compares the development of service industry in Tianjin with that of America, and points out that the development of service industry in Tianjin needs the model of developed countries. The seventh part is the main conclusions and some suggestions.
