【摘要】：隨著社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,作為第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的餐飲業(yè)步入快速發(fā)展通道,餐飲營業(yè)額屢創(chuàng)新高,越來越多的餐飲企業(yè)如雨后春筍般建立。餐飲行業(yè)屬于勞動力密集型服務(wù)行業(yè),職工總體水平是制約企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵要素,企業(yè)要想從市場激烈競爭中勝出,通過加強(qiáng)員工培訓(xùn)來提高職工總體水平成為一項(xiàng)重要的措施。本文以“老鄉(xiāng)雞餐飲集團(tuán)員工培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化研究”為題,采用理論和實(shí)踐、定性和定量相結(jié)合的分析方式,通過發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷、分析統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)、員工訪談、研究文獻(xiàn)等方法,對老鄉(xiāng)雞餐飲集團(tuán)發(fā)展情況、人力資源現(xiàn)狀以及現(xiàn)有員工培訓(xùn)體系進(jìn)行深入研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在體系不完善,管理層培訓(xùn)工作重視程度不夠,培訓(xùn)課程設(shè)置不科學(xué)合理、考核激勵機(jī)制不健全等問題。對此,本文結(jié)合人力資源管理當(dāng)代培訓(xùn)理論等相關(guān)理論知識,在培訓(xùn)需求分析、培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)設(shè)置、培訓(xùn)方案制定和實(shí)施、培訓(xùn)效果評估和轉(zhuǎn)化、培訓(xùn)體系保障等方面對老鄉(xiāng)雞餐飲集團(tuán)員工培訓(xùn)體系提出優(yōu)化建議。本文的研究將人力資源管理關(guān)于培訓(xùn)相關(guān)的理論具體運(yùn)用于老鄉(xiāng)雞餐飲集團(tuán)員工培訓(xùn)管理當(dāng)中,對集團(tuán)的人力資源管理具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的指導(dǎo)意義,同時(shí)也為同行業(yè)的培訓(xùn)工作提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the socialist market economy, the catering industry as the tertiary industry has entered the fast development channel, the restaurant turnover has repeatedly reached a new high, and more and more catering enterprises have been established like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. The catering industry is a labor-intensive service industry, and the overall level of employees is the key factor restricting the development of enterprises. Enterprises want to win from the fierce competition in the market. It is an important measure to improve the overall level of staff by strengthening staff training. Based on the topic of "study on the Optimization of employee training system in Laoxiang Chicken Catering Group", this paper adopts the methods of combining theory and practice, qualitative and quantitative analysis, through the distribution of questionnaires, analysis of statistical data, staff interviews, research literature, etc. This paper makes a thorough study on the development situation, the present situation of human resources and the existing staff training system of the Laoqi Catering Group. It is found that the existing system is not perfect, the management training work is not paid enough attention to, and the training curriculum is not scientific and reasonable. The examination incentive mechanism is not perfect and so on. In view of this, this paper combines human resource management contemporary training theory and other relevant theoretical knowledge, in training needs analysis, training goal setting, training program formulation and implementation, training effect evaluation and transformation, Training system security and other aspects of the township chicken catering group staff training system optimization suggestions. In this paper, the theory of human resource management about training is applied to the training management of the staff of Laoxiang Chicken Catering Group, which has practical guiding significance for the human resource management of the Group. At the same time for the same industry training work to provide reference and reference.
