【摘要】：文章通過東莞星級(jí)酒店的時(shí)空變化,分析東莞星級(jí)酒店的空間布局特征和規(guī)律,并運(yùn)用主成分分析法,探討東莞星級(jí)酒店發(fā)展布局的影響因素及動(dòng)力機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明東莞的星級(jí)酒店主要沿城市主干道路S256省道以及廣深鐵路方向共同組成東莞星級(jí)酒店帶,星級(jí)酒店布局主要受到外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)、商務(wù)休閑旅游、地理區(qū)位以及政府推動(dòng)等宏觀因素影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the spatial and temporal changes of the star-rated hotels in Dongguan, this paper analyzes the spatial layout characteristics and laws of the star-rated hotels in Dongguan, and probes into the influencing factors and the dynamic mechanism of the development and layout of the star-rated hotels in Dongguan by using the principal component analysis method. The results show that the star hotels in Dongguan mainly form the Dongguan star hotel belt along the city trunk road S256 provincial road and the Guangzhou-Shenzhen railway direction. The star hotel layout is mainly influenced by export-oriented economy, business leisure tourism, etc. Geographical location and government promotion and other macro factors.
