【摘要】：隨著全球外商直接投資的盛行，流向服務(wù)貿(mào)易的外資也日益增長(zhǎng)，服務(wù)業(yè)逐漸成為外商直接投資的重點(diǎn)。外商直接投資在促進(jìn)山東省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時(shí)，也加快了山東省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展，但是服務(wù)業(yè)卻遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于全國(guó)平均水平和國(guó)內(nèi)某些省份。此外，，山東省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)所占比重有所上升。因此，如何利用外商直接投資促進(jìn)山東省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以全球日益加快的資本國(guó)際化進(jìn)程、我國(guó)日益開(kāi)放的服務(wù)業(yè)為背景，借鑒前人的FDI與服務(wù)業(yè)關(guān)系的研究成果，將論題所涉及的FDI和現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)等學(xué)科知識(shí)進(jìn)行理論綜合，重點(diǎn)運(yùn)用數(shù)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)模型開(kāi)展實(shí)證研究并給出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。第2章闡述FDI與現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)相關(guān)理論；第3章對(duì)山東省利用FDI現(xiàn)狀、現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)利用FDI現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行初步分析；第4章對(duì)向量自回歸模型、向量誤差修正模型的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行介紹；第5章對(duì)FDI對(duì)山東省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的影響進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，主要采用協(xié)整分析、方差分析、VEC模型；第6章根據(jù)實(shí)證分析結(jié)果提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策，以期山東省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)愈有效利用FDI。
[Abstract]:With the prevalence of foreign direct investment in the world, the foreign investment flow to service trade is growing, and the service industry has gradually become the focus of foreign direct investment. Foreign direct investment has accelerated the development of Shandong province's modern service industry while promoting the economic development of Shandong Province, but the service industry is far behind the national average level and the domestic one. In addition, the proportion of modern service industry in Shandong has increased. Therefore, how to use foreign direct investment to promote the development of modern service industry in Shandong province is of great practical significance.
Based on the increasingly accelerated global process of capital internationalization and the increasingly open service industry in China, this paper draws on the previous research results of FDI and service industry, and integrates the theoretical knowledge of FDI and modern service industry involved in the topic, and focuses on the quantitative economics model to carry out empirical research and give corresponding countermeasures. The 2 chapter expounds the related theories of FDI and modern service industry; the third chapter makes a preliminary analysis of the current situation of using FDI in Shandong Province, the present situation of modern service industry development and the use of FDI in modern service industry; the fourth chapter introduces the related theories of vector autoregressive model and vector error correction model, and the fifth chapter is about the influence of FDI on modern service industry in the province. The main use of the empirical analysis is cointegration analysis, variance analysis, VEC model. The sixth chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the results of the empirical analysis, so that the more effective use of FDI. in modern service industry in Shandong Province
