【摘要】：自費(fèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)中介機(jī)構(gòu)自其產(chǎn)生之日起,就在我國(guó)自費(fèi)留學(xué)事業(yè)的發(fā)展中起到了相當(dāng)重要的作用。隨著留學(xué)中介行業(yè)的發(fā)展,留學(xué)中介公司的發(fā)展也不斷完善,然后由于各種原因,自費(fèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)中介機(jī)構(gòu)仍然存在不少問(wèn)題,戰(zhàn)略缺失就是很多留學(xué)中介公司面臨的問(wèn)題之一。在新的形勢(shì)下,留學(xué)中介公司要想獲得持續(xù)發(fā)展,不斷提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,就要根據(jù)公司實(shí)際和外部環(huán)境,制定適合公司發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。 本文運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論知識(shí)與工具,在介紹留學(xué)中介理論知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,以云南JY公司為例,分析了JY公司目前的現(xiàn)狀和存在問(wèn)題。通過(guò)公司外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境的分析,對(duì)JY公司的戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了選擇和定位,制定了公司遠(yuǎn)景目標(biāo)和五年發(fā)展目標(biāo),并提出了實(shí)施新的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的策略和保障措施,旨在為云南JY公司的戰(zhàn)略制定和可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供指導(dǎo)與幫助,為同類(lèi)型留學(xué)中介公司的戰(zhàn)略制定提供參考。
[Abstract]:The agency of studying abroad at one's own expense has played a very important role in the development of study abroad at its own expense since it came into being. With the development of the study abroad intermediary industry, the development of the study abroad intermediary company also unceasingly consummates, then because of each kind of reason, there are still many problems in the agency organization of studying abroad at own expense, the lack of strategy is one of the problems that many study abroad intermediary companies face. Under the new situation, in order to obtain the sustainable development and enhance the core competitiveness, it is necessary to formulate the strategic target suitable for the development of the company according to the company's actual and external environment. Based on the theoretical knowledge and tools of strategic management, and taking Yunnan JY Company as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of JY Company. Through the analysis of the external and internal environment of JY Company, the strategy of JY Company is selected and positioned, the long-term goal and five-year development goal of JY Company are formulated, and the strategy and safeguard measures of implementing the new strategic goal are put forward. The aim is to provide guidance and help for the strategy formulation and sustainable development of Yunnan JY Company, and to provide reference for the strategy formulation of the same type of overseas study intermediary companies.
