【摘要】：現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)作為綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)和朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)，主要包括信息傳輸、計(jì)算機(jī)服務(wù)和軟件業(yè)；租賃和商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)；金融和房地產(chǎn)等行業(yè)�？v觀當(dāng)今世界發(fā)達(dá)的國(guó)家和地區(qū)，無(wú)不把現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)作為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)和支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)來(lái)大力發(fā)展，，其中最主要的原因是現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)具有產(chǎn)品附加值高、技術(shù)含量高、資源占用少、環(huán)境污染少等一系列特點(diǎn)，這對(duì)于提高經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能起到至關(guān)重要的作用。對(duì)北京而言，想要打造成為世界城市和國(guó)際金融中心，北京CBD的發(fā)展顯得尤為重要；對(duì)北京CBD而言，想要打造成為紐約的曼哈頓、倫敦的金融城、巴黎的拉德芳斯，現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展又顯得尤為重要。 本文從現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的相關(guān)理論入手，首先介紹現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵、特征和分類，并且對(duì)CBD的概念及其在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中所起到的作用進(jìn)行了探討。其次，結(jié)合北京CBD發(fā)展歷程分析評(píng)價(jià)了北京CBD現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，這部分中先從北京CBD現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的資產(chǎn)規(guī)模、收入水平、利潤(rùn)水平、人員數(shù)量、企業(yè)數(shù)量進(jìn)行總體分析，得出北京CBD現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)資產(chǎn)規(guī)模增長(zhǎng)較快、收入水平增速平穩(wěn)、利潤(rùn)水平增速疲軟、吸納就業(yè)能力顯著增強(qiáng)、企業(yè)數(shù)量明顯增加的結(jié)論；然后又針對(duì)商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)和金融業(yè)這兩個(gè)重點(diǎn)行業(yè)進(jìn)行深入的探討，分別明確了近些年其取得的成績(jī)和存在的問(wèn)題。最后，通過(guò)對(duì)北京CBD現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的剖析，文章利用SWOT模型總結(jié)出其擁有的優(yōu)勢(shì)、存在的不足、面臨的機(jī)遇、遇到的挑戰(zhàn)，并提出了為實(shí)現(xiàn)北京CBD現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)健康、穩(wěn)定、可持續(xù)發(fā)展應(yīng)采取的對(duì)策和建議，以期對(duì)北京CBD乃至全國(guó)各地CBD現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Modern service industry, as a green industry and sunrise industry, mainly includes information transmission, computer service and software, leasing and business services, finance and real estate, etc. Throughout the developed countries and regions in the world, the modern service industry has been developed vigorously as the leading industry and pillar industry. The main reason is that the modern service industry has high value-added products, high technology content and less resource occupation. A series of characteristics, such as less environmental pollution, play a vital role in improving economic competitiveness, optimizing industrial structure, promoting technological innovation and sustainable economic development. For Beijing, the development of Beijing's CBD is particularly important to become a world city and an international financial center; for Beijing's CBD, it is to become Manhattan in New York, the City of London, La D 茅 fense in Paris. The development of modern service industry is especially important. Starting with the relevant theories of modern service industry, this paper first introduces the connotation, characteristics and classification of modern service industry, and probes into the concept of CBD and its role in economic development. Secondly, this paper analyzes and evaluates the development status of modern service industry of Beijing CBD based on the development course of Beijing CBD. In this part, the author analyzes the asset scale, income level, profit level, number of personnel, number of enterprises in Beijing CBD modern service industry. The conclusion is that the asset scale of modern service industry of CBD in Beijing is increasing rapidly, the growth of income level is stable, the growth rate of profit level is weak, the ability of absorbing employment has been strengthened significantly, and the number of enterprises has increased obviously. Then the two key industries, the business service industry and the financial industry, are discussed in depth, and the achievements and problems in recent years are clarified respectively. Finally, by analyzing the present situation of modern service industry of CBD in Beijing, this paper summarizes its advantages, shortcomings, opportunities and challenges by using SWOT model, and puts forward the aim of realizing the health and stability of modern service industry of CBD in Beijing. The countermeasures and suggestions for sustainable development are expected to benefit the development of modern CBD service industry in Beijing CBD and all over the country.
