【摘要】：中國已經(jīng)實行計劃生育政策20多年了,由于實施了計劃生育政策,人口結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了顯著的變化,我國的家庭形式變?yōu)榱?位老人(夫妻倆的父母)、一對青年夫妻和一個孩子的家庭模式,這樣的話,老年人的比重在家庭中就占4/7,這就顯示著中國養(yǎng)老的嚴(yán)峻性�，F(xiàn)在中國的現(xiàn)狀是正處于未富先老的階段,對于養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)來說,最大的問題就是錢的問題,因為我國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展還負擔(dān)不起如此快的老齡化發(fā)展速度。特別是云南省這樣的邊疆省份,經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展相對比較落后,在解決養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)問題時必將面臨更加缺錢的窘境,當(dāng)然昆鋼作為云南省省屬重點企業(yè),收入在云南省內(nèi)相對偏高,因此本文將以昆鋼為案例,用渠道整合的營銷理念,為發(fā)展邊疆的養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)解決融資問題,即讓養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)得以發(fā)展,又可以讓愿意參與到新型的“銀發(fā)產(chǎn)業(yè)”的投資者可以參與到這個市場。 本文先從理論上對我國國情下的養(yǎng)老出路進行分析,通過分析認為適用于中國傳統(tǒng)文化并且可以推廣發(fā)展的養(yǎng)老模式是以居家養(yǎng)老為主線,借助政府的引導(dǎo),整合現(xiàn)有的資源,搭建養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)品融資平臺,發(fā)展邊疆的養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)。 本文第一章是緒論部分,主要解決的是養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)的背景等等情況,找到研究養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)的意義所在；第二章文獻綜述,對本文研究內(nèi)容的理論依據(jù)進行整理,爭取言之有據(jù)。第三章是對理論進行歸納及分析,用理論指導(dǎo)實踐。第四章是分析昆鋼的養(yǎng)老現(xiàn)狀并進行分析規(guī)劃,并提出養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)品融資平臺的搭建方案,一并提出可研性報告。第五章則是對方案的結(jié)論進行總述并分析研究的不足。 本文旨在通過昆鋼養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)品融資微平臺的搭建方案及可研性研究,探討出一條適用于云南省這種邊疆省份的養(yǎng)老方案,并希望通過實踐的檢驗,真正解決困擾養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的資金來源問題,并給廣大投資者延展出一條新興的投資渠道。并且總結(jié)昆鋼養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)中養(yǎng)老融資微平臺的搭建經(jīng)驗,以此為試點,做到以昆鋼養(yǎng)老中心為原點,向東南亞地區(qū)輻射推廣的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:China has been implementing the family planning policy for more than 20 years. As a result of the implementation of the family planning policy, the population structure has undergone significant changes. The family form of our country has become the family pattern of four old people (parents of husband and wife, a young couple and one child). In this case, the proportion of the elderly in the family accounts for 4 / 7 of the family, which shows the austere nature of the aged in China. The present situation in China is in the stage of aging before becoming rich. For the pension industry, the biggest problem is the problem of money, because China's economic development cannot afford such a rapid aging rate. Especially in borderland provinces such as Yunnan Province, where the economic development is relatively backward, they are bound to face even more lack of money in solving the problem of the old-age industry. Of course, as a key enterprise in Yunnan Province, Kunming Iron and Steel Corporation has relatively high income in Yunnan Province. Therefore, this paper will take Kun Steel as a case, use the marketing idea of channel integration, solve the financing problem for the development of the frontier pension industry, that is, let the pension industry develop. Investors willing to participate in the new hair industry can also participate in the market. This paper theoretically analyzes the way out for the aged under the national conditions of our country, and thinks that the old-age support mode, which is suitable for Chinese traditional culture and can be popularized and developed, is the main line of old-age care at home, with the guidance of the government, the integration of existing resources. Build endowment product financing platform, develop the endowment industry of frontier area. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly solves the background of the pension industry and finds the significance of the study of the pension industry. Chapter two is a literature review, the theoretical basis of the content of this paper is sorted out, striving for the basis of the statement. The third chapter is the induction and analysis of the theory, using the theory to guide the practice. The fourth chapter is to analyze the status quo and planning of the pension of Kunming Iron and Steel, and put forward the construction of the pension product financing platform, as well as the research report. The fifth chapter is the conclusion of the program and analysis of the shortcomings of the study. The purpose of this paper is to explore a pension scheme suitable for Yunnan Province, and hope to pass the test of practice, through the construction of pension product financing microplatform and the research of its feasibility. To solve the problem of the source of funds which puzzles the development of pension industry, and to extend a new investment channel to the majority of investors. And summed up the pension industry in Kun Steel to build the micro-platform of pension experience, as a pilot, to do Kun Steel old-age center as the origin, to the Southeast Asia radiation promotion goal.
