【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店作為酒店產(chǎn)業(yè)的一個(gè)重要組成部分,發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店更加貼近大眾生活,不管是商務(wù)出行、旅游出行或是探親訪友,在住宿方面都離不開經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店。經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店在規(guī)模上發(fā)展迅猛,是順應(yīng)了市場的需要。酒店的經(jīng)營成功是多方面綜合體,天時(shí)地利人和都是重要因素。而在硬件方面日益同質(zhì)化的經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店,如何殺出重圍獨(dú)樹一幟,服務(wù)方面會顯得尤為重要。在物質(zhì)并不匱乏的今天,消費(fèi)者更多的希望得到精神滿足。海爾作為國內(nèi)外優(yōu)質(zhì)的家電品牌,首先就是以服務(wù)著稱,并不是說誰的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量最好,消費(fèi)者就去買誰的,其實(shí)消費(fèi)者真正想買的就是一個(gè)放心,不必為今后可能出現(xiàn)的諸多問題煩惱。因此,經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的服務(wù)質(zhì)量對于消費(fèi)者的選擇而言是非常重要的,基于此,本文從經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新出發(fā),找到一個(gè)提升經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店核心競爭力的方法。 本文通過定性分析,找到了影響經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的幾個(gè)要素,并分別對各個(gè)要素進(jìn)行對策分析。文章第一部分“緒論”從經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的服務(wù)和服務(wù)創(chuàng)新出發(fā),提出研究的背景以及研究的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,對國內(nèi)外服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)有相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行綜述,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出本文研究內(nèi)容、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和研究方法。第二部分“經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀與理論依據(jù)”首先對本文涉及的概念進(jìn)行概述,然后分析服務(wù)創(chuàng)新面臨的困難,并講述服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展趨勢及其特點(diǎn),提出理論依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。第三部分“7天連鎖酒店服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀分析與評價(jià)”結(jié)合7天連鎖酒店的特點(diǎn)、存在問題和發(fā)展需要,借鑒國內(nèi)外已有研究成果,進(jìn)行分析與評價(jià)。第四部分“7天連鎖酒店服務(wù)創(chuàng)新途徑與對策”通過對現(xiàn)狀的分析得出服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的途徑與對策,力圖完善7天連鎖酒店的經(jīng)營模式。第五部分“研究結(jié)論與展望”,概括本文研究的結(jié)論,并提出存在的問題和今后進(jìn)一步研究的方向。
[Abstract]:As an important part of hotel industry, economy hotel plays an important role.Economic hotels are more close to the public life, whether business travel, travel or visiting friends and relatives, in terms of accommodation can not be separated from the economy hotel.The economy hotel develops rapidly on the scale, has complied with the need of the market.The success of the hotel is a complex of many aspects, the right place and people are important factors.In the hardware increasingly homogenization of economic hotels, how to get out of a unique, service will be particularly important.In the material is not scarce today, consumers more hope to get spiritual satisfaction.Haier, as a high-quality home appliance brand at home and abroad, is known for its service first. It is not to say that whoever has the best product quality will buy it. In fact, what consumers really want to buy is a reassurance.Don't worry about the many problems that may arise in the future.Therefore, the service quality of economy hotel is very important for the choice of consumers. Based on this, this paper tries to find a way to improve the core competitiveness of economy hotel from the perspective of service innovation.Through qualitative analysis, this paper finds several factors that affect the service innovation of economical hotel, and analyzes the countermeasures of each factor.The first part of the article "introduction" from the economic hotel service and service innovation, put forward the background of the research and the theoretical and practical significance of the study, and domestic and foreign service innovation of the existing relevant research summarized, and on this basis,This paper puts forward the research content, innovation points and research methods.The second part, "the present situation and theoretical basis of economic hotel service", first summarizes the concept involved in this paper, then analyzes the difficulties faced by service innovation, and describes the development trend and characteristics of service innovation.Put forward the theoretical basis and practical basis.The third part, "Analysis and evaluation of 7-day chain hotel service", combines the characteristics, problems and development needs of 7-day chain hotel, and makes analysis and evaluation on the basis of the existing research results at home and abroad.The fourth part, "ways and countermeasures of service innovation of 7-day chain hotels", through the analysis of the present situation, obtains the ways and countermeasures of service innovation, and tries to perfect the management mode of 7-day chain hotels.The fifth part is "Research conclusion and Prospect", summarizes the conclusion of this paper, and puts forward the existing problems and the direction of further research.
