【摘要】：目前,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)發(fā)生重大變化,服務(wù)型經(jīng)濟(jì)漸趨取代工業(yè)型經(jīng)濟(jì)占主導(dǎo)地位,生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)作為服務(wù)業(yè)的重要組成部分,是推動經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和重塑城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的重要力量。各級政府已把發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè)和生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)作為產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和轉(zhuǎn)型升級的重要舉措,如何選擇適宜的發(fā)展路徑,值得探索。本文以西寧市為研究對象,探討了西寧市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的集聚特征和產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)特征,分析了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展對西寧市經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響,研究了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)在西寧市的空間布局特性,總結(jié)了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展和布局的影響因素。研究內(nèi)容主要包括以下四個部分:第一部分是研究的基礎(chǔ)背景分析。介紹本文研究的背景及意義、研究內(nèi)容、數(shù)據(jù)來源、研究方法和技術(shù)路線,梳理了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)展情況,介紹了基本概念和相關(guān)理論,為本文研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。第二部分是西寧市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r分析,主要從以下方面探討:一是研究了西寧市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;二是分析了西寧市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的集聚水平和產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)程度,得出其集聚程度在不斷下降,與其他服務(wù)業(yè)之間的產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)最高;三是探討了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的貢獻(xiàn)程度,發(fā)現(xiàn)其對西寧市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響日益劇增,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長效應(yīng)漸趨明顯;四是歸納了影響西寧市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素,得出區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平和城市化水平是兩個重要的影響因素。第三部分是西寧市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)的空間布局分析,主要從以下方面探討:一是研究了西寧市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)布局的總體概況,發(fā)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)主要布局在主城區(qū);二是對主城區(qū)的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)及內(nèi)部行業(yè)的布局狀況進(jìn)行了深入分析,分析可知生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)及內(nèi)部各行業(yè)空間布局出現(xiàn)圈層結(jié)構(gòu),且沿主干道和交叉路口分布特征明顯,空間結(jié)構(gòu)模式非同構(gòu)性,并呈現(xiàn)出明顯的地域同質(zhì)性;三是探討和歸納了影響西寧市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)空間布局的影響因素。第四部分是結(jié)論與建議�？偨Y(jié)了本文的主要研究結(jié)論,提出了優(yōu)化西寧市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展和空間布局的建議,探討了本文研究存在的問題和不足,以及今后的需要繼續(xù)研究的問題。
[Abstract]:At present, great changes have taken place in the world economy, and the service economy is gradually replacing the industrial economy. As an important part of the service industry, producer service industry is an important force to promote economic development and reshape the urban spatial structure.Governments at all levels have taken the development of service and producer services as an important measure to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure. How to choose the appropriate development path is worth exploring.Taking Xining City as the research object, this paper discusses the agglomeration characteristics and industrial correlation characteristics of the producer service industry in Xining City, and analyzes the influence of the development of producer service industry on the economy of Xining City.The spatial distribution characteristics of producer services in Xining city were studied, and the factors influencing the development and distribution of producer services were summarized.The main contents of the study include the following four parts: the first part is the basic background analysis of the study.This paper introduces the background and significance, research contents, data sources, research methods and technical routes, combs the related research progress at home and abroad, introduces the basic concepts and related theories, and lays a theoretical foundation for this study.The second part is the analysis of the development of the productive services in Xining, mainly from the following aspects: first, the status quo of the development of the producer services in Xining;The second is to analyze the concentration level and the degree of industrial connection of the producer services in Xining, and draw the conclusion that the degree of agglomeration is declining, and the industrial relationship between the producer services and other service industries is the highest.Third, it discusses the contribution of producer services to the regional economy, and finds that the influence of producer services on the economic growth of Xining is increasing day by day, and the effect of economic growth is becoming more and more obvious; fourth, the factors affecting the development of producer services in Xining are summarized.It is concluded that the level of regional industrial development and urbanization are two important influencing factors.The third part is the spatial layout analysis of the productive services in Xining, mainly from the following aspects: first, it studies the general situation of the layout of the producer services in Xining, and finds that the main layout of producer services is in the main urban area;Secondly, the layout of producer service industry and internal industry in main urban area is analyzed deeply. The result shows that the spatial layout of producer service industry and its inner industries have a circle structure, and the distribution characteristics along main roads and intersections are obvious.The spatial structure model is non-isomorphic and shows obvious regional homogeneity. Thirdly, the factors affecting the spatial distribution of the producer services in Xining are discussed and summarized.The fourth part is the conclusion and recommendation.This paper summarizes the main research conclusions of this paper, puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the development and spatial distribution of Xining's producer service industry, and discusses the problems and shortcomings of the research in this paper, as well as the problems that need to be further studied in the future.
