【摘要】：隨著關(guān)中-天水經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃的實施，未來西安將建設(shè)成為國際化大都市、世界一流旅游目的地城市，因此加快旅游配套設(shè)施建設(shè)尤其是高星級酒店的建設(shè)則顯得至關(guān)重要。為此對西安高星級酒店發(fā)展策略的研究具有重大的指導(dǎo)意義。 本文以區(qū)位理論、集聚理論和增長極理論等理論為基礎(chǔ)，運(yùn)用了SWOT定性分析方法和BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)等方法，對西安高星級酒店的發(fā)展策略進(jìn)行了研究。 首先簡要說明了論文的研究背景、目的和意義，并介紹了國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，確定了論文的技術(shù)路線。接著介紹了本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)，對其應(yīng)用到本文的研究對象進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的闡述。然后從我國及其西安的高星級酒店的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，，著重探討了西安高星級酒店的發(fā)展環(huán)境、數(shù)量規(guī)模以及空間分布特征，得出西安數(shù)量仍顯不足，缺乏大型綜合接待的能力、以及空間分布高度集中，存在嚴(yán)重不均衡等問題。再通過運(yùn)用SWOT分析法運(yùn)對西安發(fā)展高星級酒店進(jìn)行優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇和威脅等內(nèi)外環(huán)境的分析，并提出了總體策略和具體策略。 具體策略中重點考慮規(guī)模發(fā)展策略和區(qū)域定位策略。在規(guī)模發(fā)展策略中，本文在借鑒前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合西安區(qū)域性高星級酒店的發(fā)展特征，構(gòu)建了西安高星級酒店發(fā)展規(guī)模影響因子的指標(biāo)體系，并運(yùn)用BP人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)測方法對西安高星級酒店的發(fā)展規(guī)模建立了預(yù)測模型，通過規(guī)模影響指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)的輸入輸出，預(yù)測出了2020年滿足西安發(fā)展的高星級酒店的開發(fā)規(guī)模為70家。在區(qū)域定位策略中，結(jié)合西安城市規(guī)劃，重點考慮了區(qū)域布局策略和類型定位策略。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the development plan of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone, Xi'an will become an international metropolis and a world-class tourist destination city in the future. Therefore, it is very important to speed up the construction of tourism supporting facilities, especially the construction of high star hotels.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the development strategy of Xi'an high-star hotel.On the basis of location theory, agglomeration theory and growth pole theory, this paper studies the development strategy of Xi'an high star hotels by using SWOT qualitative analysis method and BP neural network method.Firstly, the research background, purpose and significance of the thesis are briefly explained, and the present research situation at home and abroad is introduced, and the technical route of the paper is determined.Then the theoretical basis of this study is introduced, and its application to the research object of this paper is expounded.Then, based on the current situation of the development of high star hotels in China and Xi'an, the development environment, quantity scale and spatial distribution characteristics of Xi'an high star hotels are discussed emphatically. It is concluded that the quantity of Xi'an is still insufficient and the capacity of large-scale comprehensive reception is lacking.And spatial distribution is highly concentrated, there are serious imbalance and other problems.Then the paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of developing high star hotels in Xi'an by using SWOT analysis method, and puts forward the overall strategy and specific strategy.Specific strategies focus on scale development strategy and regional positioning strategy.In the strategy of scale development, based on the previous studies and the characteristics of Xi'an regional high-star hotels, this paper constructs the index system of the influencing factors of the development scale of Xi'an high-star hotels.The prediction model of the development scale of Xi'an high star hotel is established by using BP artificial neural network forecasting method, and the input and output of the index data are influenced by the scale.Predicted that 2020 to meet the development of Xi'an high-star hotel development scale of 70.In the regional positioning strategy, combined with Xi'an urban planning, the regional layout strategy and type positioning strategy are considered.
