【摘要】：從上個世紀(jì)八十年代中后期開始,隨著全球產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的深度調(diào)整,服務(wù)型經(jīng)濟開始占據(jù)世界經(jīng)濟的主導(dǎo)地位。生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)作為服務(wù)型經(jīng)濟的代表產(chǎn)業(yè),在發(fā)達國家的國民經(jīng)濟中占據(jù)了越來越高的比重。從全球經(jīng)濟發(fā)展角度來看,生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)是增速最快的行業(yè)。而作為“中間投入”的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè),與地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平、制造業(yè)發(fā)達程度、專業(yè)分工程度以及城市化等等因素之間具有緊密的聯(lián)系。根據(jù)相關(guān)研究來看,國內(nèi)外研究者對于生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展研究十分重視。國內(nèi)對于生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的機理、影響因素、發(fā)展路徑等都有相當(dāng)多的研究,但目前大多數(shù)研究的研究對象多集中于東部發(fā)達地區(qū)的城市或者省份。對于經(jīng)濟較為落后的省份的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展研究較少。因此,本文立足江西省經(jīng)濟社會現(xiàn)狀和生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展實際,依據(jù)主要影響因素進行逐一分析,找出江西省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題,并提出有針對性地促進江西生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想和政策建議。在以上分析思路的基礎(chǔ)上,本文分為六個章節(jié):第一章系統(tǒng)性地介紹了本文的研究背景、研究意義、研究的主要內(nèi)容、研究的主要方法以及研究結(jié)構(gòu)框架。第二章在整理和回顧前人對于生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展研究的基礎(chǔ)上,明確本文研究的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的概念、特點和具體行業(yè),指出對其發(fā)展具有重要影響意義的主要因素,并點明本文的研究方向。第三章對江西省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀從宏觀、中觀和微觀三個層面展開。在回顧江西經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展概況的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)對比分析、因子分析和聚類分析等分析方法,對江西省經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展情況、全省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、各地市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及行業(yè)之間發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進行系統(tǒng)分析,并指出生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中所存在的問題。第四章在前文分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過文獻研究、專家訪談和實地調(diào)研等方法,確定對生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展具有重大影響意義的變量指標(biāo),構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的理論模型,使用EViews軟件進行多元回歸分析,對變量指標(biāo)進行實證分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)對全省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展影響最大的是政府支出以及外商直接投資。而各地市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展影響最大的是工業(yè)化發(fā)展程度。第五章在前文分析的基礎(chǔ)上提出江西省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、產(chǎn)業(yè)布局以及政策建議。提出江西省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展應(yīng)該緊緊遵循“集中力量做大南昌,重點依托贛州九江”的發(fā)展原則,集中全省有限的資源,打造南昌核心增長極和贛州九江副中心。第六章總結(jié)全文的結(jié)論和不足,并指出未來進一步的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Since the middle and late eighties of last century, with the deep adjustment of the global industrial structure, the service economy began to occupy the leading position of the world economy.As the representative industry of service economy, producer service industry occupies more and more proportion in the national economy of developed countries.From the point of view of global economic development, producer services is the fastest growing industry.As a "intermediate input", producer service industry is closely related to the level of regional economic development, the degree of manufacturing development, the degree of specialization and urbanization, and so on.According to the relevant research, researchers at home and abroad attach great importance to the development of producer services.There are quite a lot of studies on the development mechanism, influencing factors and development paths of producer services in China, but most of the current research objects are concentrated on cities or provinces in the eastern developed regions.There is little research on the development of producer services in the economically backward provinces.Therefore, based on the present economic and social situation of Jiangxi Province and the actual development of producer services, this paper analyzes the main influencing factors one by one, and finds out the problems existing in the development of producer services in Jiangxi Province.The strategic conception and policy suggestions of promoting the development of producer service industry in Jiangxi province are put forward.On the basis of the above analysis, this paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter systematically introduces the research background, research significance, the main contents of the research, the main methods of the research and the framework of the research.On the basis of reviewing the previous researches on the development of producer services, the second chapter clarifies the concept, characteristics and specific industries of producer services studied in this paper, and points out the main factors that have important influence on the development of producer services.And points out the research direction of this paper.The third chapter discusses the present situation of producer service industry in Jiangxi Province from three aspects: macroscopic, meso and micro.On the basis of reviewing the general situation of Jiangxi's economic and social development, and according to the methods of comparative analysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis, this paper analyzes the economic and social development of Jiangxi Province and the present situation of producer service industry in Jiangxi Province.The present situation of producer service industry in various cities and cities is analyzed systematically, and the problems existing in the process of development of producer service industry are pointed out.By using EViews software to carry out multivariate regression analysis and empirical analysis of variables, it is found that government expenditure and foreign direct investment (FDI) have the greatest impact on the development of producer services in the province.And each prefecture producer service industry development influence most is industrialization development degree.The fifth chapter puts forward the strategic planning, industrial layout and policy recommendations for the development of producer services in Jiangxi Province based on the previous analysis.It is suggested that the development of producer service industry in Jiangxi Province should closely follow the development principle of "concentrate efforts to make Nanchang bigger and rely on Ganzhou Jiujiang", concentrate the limited resources of the province, build Nanchang core growth pole and Ganzhou Jiujiang sub-center.The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusions and shortcomings of the paper and points out the future direction of further research.
