【摘要】：我國現(xiàn)代酒店業(yè)真正起步于改革開放之初，經(jīng)過30年的發(fā)展無論是在規(guī)模還是數(shù)量上都已取得了長足的發(fā)展。近年來，隨著我國改革開放的不斷深入和經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，酒店業(yè)投資、經(jīng)營環(huán)境有了很大改善，在國內(nèi)行業(yè)和市場同步膨脹的同時，也吸引了眾多國際知名的酒店管理集團(tuán)來華投資發(fā)展。酒店行業(yè)的競爭態(tài)勢也日趨激烈，競爭形式不斷升級。 雖然本土酒店行業(yè)取得了很大的成績，但畢竟發(fā)展的時間不長，文化底蘊也不夠深厚，對酒店文化建設(shè)特別是當(dāng)前形勢下開展酒店文化建設(shè)的理解還不夠深入，甚至還存在著各種誤區(qū)。位于石家莊市的河北TH酒店作為一家歷史悠久、規(guī)模檔次都比較高的本土酒店，具有研究酒店文化建設(shè)的代表性，論文即以TH酒店為研究對象，，運用企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的相關(guān)理論全面闡述剖析了酒店文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀，指出了其存在的現(xiàn)實問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上通過進(jìn)一步的研究判斷，提出了包括總體思路、指導(dǎo)原則、步驟方法等內(nèi)容的構(gòu)建TH酒店新的文化體系、推進(jìn)酒店文體建設(shè)的實施方案。 論文通過對具體酒店文化建設(shè)的系統(tǒng)研究，突出強化了在當(dāng)代中國酒店行業(yè)開展文化建設(shè)的深遠(yuǎn)意義，并對酒店文化建設(shè)的研究實施等做了探索。提出了構(gòu)建科學(xué)、開放的酒店企業(yè)文化建設(shè)理論體系的命題。以求首先能為研究的目標(biāo)酒店開展文化建設(shè)提供切實可行的指導(dǎo)，并能為當(dāng)代我國酒店行業(yè)的發(fā)展特別是文化建設(shè)認(rèn)識的提高和具體的實施提供一份借鑒。
[Abstract]:Our Moderno Hotel industry began in the beginning of reform and opening up, after 30 years of development both in size and number have made great progress. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's reform and opening-up and economy, investment in the hotel industry, the business environment has been greatly improved, the synchronous expansion in domestic the industry and the market at the same time, also attracted a large number of internationally renowned hotel management group to invest in China. The development of the hotel industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce competition, constantly upgrade.
Although the domestic hotel industry has made great achievements, but the development is not long, culture is not deep enough, the construction of hotel culture especially the development of hotel culture construction under the current situation are not well understood, even the existence of various mistakes. Shijiazhuang city is located in the Hebei TH hotel as a long history, scale grade higher than the local hotel, representative of the cultural construction of the hotel, with the TH hotel as the research object, using the related theories of enterprise culture construction paper analyzes the current situation of construction of hotel culture, points out the existing problems. On the basis of the further research is put forward including the overall judgment, thinking, guiding principle, construction content, steps and methods. The new TH hotel culture system, promote the implementation of the program style construction of the hotel.
The paper research on the specific construction of hotel culture, strengthening the cultural construction to carry out far-reaching significance in contemporary Chinese hotel industry, and the construction of hotel culture research implementation is explored. Put forward the construction of science, the hotel enterprise culture construction theory system. In order to open the first proposition to provide practical guidance for Study on the objectives of the hotel to carry out cultural construction, and for the development of contemporary China's hotel industry, especially to provide a reference to improve the understanding of the cultural construction and the concrete implementation.
