【摘要】：省會(huì)城市是生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集聚重地,以此為樣本進(jìn)行深入研究,將有助于更客觀的分析中國(guó)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展水平與特征。本文通過對(duì)中國(guó)30個(gè)省會(huì)城市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率(TFP)增長(zhǎng)變化及收斂性分析發(fā)現(xiàn),1995-2009年,省會(huì)城市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)TFP呈快速增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì),且其增速明顯高于全國(guó)以及31個(gè)省市區(qū)的平均水平,技術(shù)進(jìn)步水平的提高是其主要原因,技術(shù)效率則出現(xiàn)少許負(fù)增長(zhǎng),說明產(chǎn)業(yè)粗放型特征仍然明顯;TFP增長(zhǎng)雖存在顯著區(qū)域差異,但呈現(xiàn)收斂趨勢(shì),且部分城市已顯現(xiàn)明顯的"追趕效應(yīng)"。
[Abstract]:The provincial capital city is the most important place for producer service industry, which will be helpful to analyze the development level and characteristics of producer service industry in China more objectively.Based on the analysis of the change and convergence of total factor productivity (TFP) growth of producer services in 30 provincial capitals of China, this paper finds that the TFP of producer services in provincial capitals shows a rapid growth trend from 1995 to 2009.And its growth rate is obviously higher than the average level of the whole country and 31 provinces and municipalities. The improvement of technological progress level is the main reason, while the technical efficiency shows a little negative growth.It shows that although there are significant regional differences in TFP growth, the extensive industrial characteristics still show a trend of convergence, and some cities have already shown obvious "catch-up effect".
