延邊服務(wù)外包企業(yè)集群競爭力研究

【摘要】:信息和通訊技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,打破服務(wù)貿(mào)易的不可行性,服務(wù)外包成為跨國公司或集團(tuán)進(jìn)行全球資源整合的新利潤源泉。同時,對于承接方來說,服務(wù)外包業(yè)以其信息技術(shù)承載度高、附加值大、資源消耗低、環(huán)境污染少、吸納就業(yè)(特別是大學(xué)生就業(yè))能力強、國際化水平高等特點,引起了眾多國家的關(guān)注。服務(wù)外包業(yè)作為新興產(chǎn)業(yè)成為很多國家的重點發(fā)展領(lǐng)域之一,也成為眾多經(jīng)濟學(xué)、管理學(xué)學(xué)者的熱門研究課題。 服務(wù)外包業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展成就了美國硅谷、印度的班加羅爾等服務(wù)外包企業(yè)集群或集成體,我國也在各級城市建立了自己的服務(wù)外包基地、產(chǎn)業(yè)園、高新區(qū)等.無論是人為的、還是自然轉(zhuǎn)移形成的,服務(wù)外包企業(yè)多是以集群的形式存在,對外呈現(xiàn)整體性的競爭力,影響這種競爭力的因素有哪些?如何評價這種競爭力的大小?以及我們的競爭優(yōu)勢又是哪些?這些都是服務(wù)外包研究必須解決的理論問題。 明確服務(wù)外包企業(yè)集群競爭力如何評價之前,搞清楚以下問題是關(guān)鍵:服務(wù)外包、企業(yè)集群、集群競爭力是什么?服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)生的動因是什么?如何進(jìn)行外包決策?決策中發(fā)包方會考慮哪些因素?雙方的關(guān)系有哪些類型?建立成功的外包關(guān)系應(yīng)注意哪些方面?這些都是服務(wù)外包企業(yè)以及服務(wù)外包企業(yè)集群在激烈的競爭中獲得競爭優(yōu)勢必須掌握的內(nèi)容。本文首先系統(tǒng)的梳理了服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)生的動因、決策及服務(wù)外包關(guān)系的類型、治理等理論,使讀者們對服務(wù)外包流程有個清楚的認(rèn)識,然后明確界定服務(wù)外包、企業(yè)集群、集群競爭力的概念,為服務(wù)外包企業(yè)集群競爭力的研究提供理論支持,再通過對服務(wù)外包影響因素理論的研究,采用內(nèi)容分析法將服務(wù)外包企業(yè)集群競爭力的影響因素提煉出來,以企業(yè)集群競爭力評價模型GEM模型為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建服務(wù)外包企業(yè)集群競爭力模型3M模型,最終運用層次分析法為服務(wù)外包企業(yè)集群競爭力評價指標(biāo)賦權(quán),并用調(diào)研的方式對延邊服務(wù)外包企業(yè)集群競爭力進(jìn)行了測量,根據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析的結(jié)果對延邊服務(wù)外包企業(yè)集群的發(fā)展提出若干意見和建議。本文對于服務(wù)外包理論的完善具有積極的作用,也為將來學(xué)者們的研究提供了一個很好的方向,同時本文對服務(wù)外包企業(yè)集群的自清及發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) has broken the infeasibility of trade in services, and outsourcing of services has become a new source of profit for multinational corporations or groups to integrate global resources. The service outsourcing industry is characterized by its high bearing capacity of information technology, high added value, low consumption of resources, less environmental pollution, strong ability to absorb employment (especially for college students), and high level of internationalization. As a new industry, the service outsourcing industry has become one of the key areas of development in many countries, and has become a hot research topic for many scholars of economics and management. The rapid development of the service outsourcing industry has resulted in clusters or integrations of service outsourcing enterprises such as Silicon Valley in the United States, Bangalore in India and so on. China has also established its own service outsourcing bases, industrial parks, high-tech zones and so on in cities at all levels. Whether man-made, Or the formation of natural transfer, service outsourcing enterprises are mostly in the form of clusters, the external presentation of the overall competitiveness, what are the factors that affect this competitiveness? How can this competitiveness be evaluated? And what are our competitive advantages? These are the theoretical problems that must be solved in the research of service outsourcing. Before defining how to evaluate the competitiveness of service outsourcing enterprises cluster, it is the key to find out the following questions: service outsourcing, enterprise cluster, cluster competitiveness? What is the motivation of service outsourcing? How to make outsourcing decisions? What factors will the contractor consider in the decision? What are the types of relationships between the two parties? What aspects should be taken into account in establishing a successful outsourcing relationship? These are the contents that service outsourcing enterprises and service outsourcing enterprises clusters must master to gain competitive advantage in the fierce competition. Firstly, this paper systematically combs the causes, decision-making and types of relationship between service outsourcing and service outsourcing. The theory of governance makes readers have a clear understanding of the service outsourcing process, and then clearly defines the concepts of service outsourcing, enterprise cluster, cluster competitiveness, and provides theoretical support for the research of service outsourcing enterprise cluster competitiveness. Then through the research on the theory of influencing factors of service outsourcing, the paper abstracts the influencing factors of the cluster competitiveness of service outsourcing enterprises by content analysis. Based on the GEM model of enterprise cluster competitiveness evaluation model, this paper constructs 3M model of service outsourcing enterprise cluster competitiveness model, and finally uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to empower service outsourcing enterprise cluster competitiveness evaluation index. The competitiveness of Yanbian service outsourcing enterprises cluster is measured by means of investigation and research. According to the results of statistical analysis, some suggestions are put forward for the development of Yanbian service outsourcing enterprise cluster. This paper has a positive effect on the improvement of service outsourcing theory, and also provides a good direction for future scholars to study. At the same time, this paper has important practical significance for the self-cleaning and development of service outsourcing enterprise cluster.
