C公司業(yè)務(wù)流程外包人才的多渠道選用策略

【摘要】:C公司是全球領(lǐng)先的管理咨詢、信息技術(shù)及服務(wù)外包機(jī)構(gòu),也是全球知名的世界五百強(qiáng)企業(yè)。C公司大連分公司,主要為亞太地區(qū)、歐美和非洲客戶提供財(cái)務(wù)、技術(shù)支持、人力資源、采購和供應(yīng)鏈管理及醫(yī)療等方面流程外包服務(wù),服務(wù)語言包括英文、日文和韓文等,并且提供每周7天每天24小時的不間段式服務(wù)。隨著業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大及新業(yè)務(wù)的不斷開發(fā),C公司大連BPO中心人才資源緊缺、招聘流程冗長等問題逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來。 為使招聘工作能夠適應(yīng)業(yè)務(wù)高速發(fā)展的需求,本論文對C公司外包中心的人才招聘策略做了研究和分析,提出了改進(jìn)策略:拓寬人才招聘渠道,簡化人才招聘流程,優(yōu)化人才資源。論文擬探討以下內(nèi)容: 第一部分緒論介紹了研究的背景、意義及國內(nèi)相關(guān)研究的情況。主要列舉了國內(nèi)外針對招聘有效性的研究成果,以及知識型員工的特點(diǎn)和管理理念,作為論文的實(shí)踐性參考。 第二部分介紹了相關(guān)概念界定與理論綜述。參考的理論有人和組織理論以及激勵的基本理論。通過這些理論開闊了研究方法和研究視野,為下一步的解決方案提供了理論方面的參考依據(jù)。 第三部分介紹了C公司業(yè)務(wù)流程外包人才需求及管理現(xiàn)狀。詳細(xì)分析了存在的問題及原因,從而為下一步提出解決方案提供思路及參考。 第四部分介紹了C公司業(yè)務(wù)流程外包人才的多渠道選用策略。詳細(xì)論述了招聘流程與渠道的優(yōu)化與改善、員工挽留與內(nèi)部轉(zhuǎn)職機(jī)制、員工的培訓(xùn)與績效考評體系等。 第五部分介紹了C公司業(yè)務(wù)流程外包人才的多渠道選用策略的實(shí)施。具體包括多渠道選用策略的實(shí)施過程、實(shí)施方法以及其效果分析。 最后對整篇論文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和展望,想通過對此項(xiàng)課題的分析與研究,提出有針對性的解決方案,從而達(dá)到幫助企業(yè)改善招聘流程與渠道和方法、開辟新的選人留人策略,從而提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率。
[Abstract]:Company C is the world's leading management consulting, information technology and service outsourcing organization, as well as a world-renowned Fortune 500 company, Dalian Branch, which mainly provides financial and technical support to customers in the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, America and Africa. Human resources, procurement and supply chain management and medical process outsourcing services, including English, Japanese and Korean, And provide 24 hours a day 24 hours a week. With the expansion of business scale and the continuous development of new business Dalian BPO Center talent resources shortage recruitment process and other problems gradually emerged. In order to make the recruitment work adapt to the rapid development of business, this paper makes a research and analysis on the recruitment strategy of the outsourcing center of C Company, and puts forward some improvement strategies: broaden the recruitment channels of talents, simplify the process of talent recruitment, Optimization of human resources. This paper intends to explore the following contents:. The first part introduces the background, significance and domestic research situation of the research, mainly enumerates the domestic and foreign research results on the effectiveness of recruitment, as well as the characteristics of knowledge workers and management concepts, as a practical reference for the paper. The second part introduces the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical review. The reference theory of human and organization theory and the basic theory of motivation. Through these theories, the research methods and research field of vision are broadened. It provides a theoretical reference for the next solution. The third part introduces the talent demand and management status of business process outsourcing in C Company, analyzes the existing problems and reasons in detail, and provides some ideas and references for the next step. The fourth part introduces the multi-channel selection strategy of C company's business process outsourcing talents, and discusses in detail the optimization and improvement of recruitment process and channels, staff retention and internal transfer mechanism, staff training and performance appraisal system. The fifth part introduces the implementation of multi-channel selection strategy of business process outsourcing talents in C Company, including the implementation process, implementation method and effect analysis of multi-channel selection strategy. Finally, the paper summarizes and prospects the whole paper, and through the analysis and research of this topic, puts forward the targeted solution, so as to help enterprises to improve the recruitment process and channels and methods, open up a new strategy to retain candidates.
