【摘要】：兩岸服務(wù)業(yè)合作是海峽兩岸近年來一致致力推進(jìn)的領(lǐng)域,其實踐已經(jīng)取得初步成效。本文基于中國大陸與臺灣地區(qū)服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與特點,在利用競爭力指數(shù)和鉆石模型的基礎(chǔ)上論證了雙邊服務(wù)業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢、合作前景。實證研究表明,中國大陸和"臺灣當(dāng)局"在當(dāng)前服務(wù)業(yè)上彼此均面臨較好的合作契機(jī),一方面臺灣地區(qū)的服務(wù)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢能促進(jìn)大陸服務(wù)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和轉(zhuǎn)型升級;另一方面,大陸廣闊的市場空間也為臺灣地區(qū)服務(wù)業(yè)外向型發(fā)展提供了市場條件。然而由于不利于合作因素的存在,尤其是基于政治性考量的偏見,兩岸深化合作面臨重重困難。
[Abstract]:The service industry cooperation between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait is a field that both sides of the Taiwan Strait have been promoting in recent years, and its practice has achieved initial results. This paper bases on the current situation and characteristics of service industry development in mainland China and Taiwan. Based on the competitiveness index and diamond model, the paper demonstrates the competitive advantage and cooperation prospect of the bilateral service industry. The empirical study shows that both the Chinese mainland and the "Taiwan authorities" are faced with better opportunities for cooperation in the current service industry. On the one hand, the competitive advantage of Taiwan's service industry can promote the optimization and upgrading of the mainland's service industry structure; on the other hand, The vast market space of the mainland also provides the market conditions for the export-oriented development of the service industry in Taiwan. However, due to the unfavorable factors of cooperation, especially the prejudice based on political considerations, it is difficult to deepen the cooperation between the two sides of the strait.
