【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程的加快,全球呈現(xiàn)出工業(yè)型經(jīng)濟(jì)向服務(wù)型經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的趨勢(shì),美國(guó)、英國(guó)、德國(guó)和日本相繼實(shí)現(xiàn)向服務(wù)型經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型。在知識(shí)、技術(shù)快速發(fā)展的推動(dòng)下,服務(wù)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)亦出現(xiàn)新的特點(diǎn),知識(shí)密集、高技術(shù)含量、高附加值的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)迅速增長(zhǎng)。 我國(guó)自1997年提出“現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)”概念,出臺(tái)了一系列政策以促進(jìn)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展。目前,武漢市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平仍不高,為了能更好地憑借區(qū)位交通、歷史及政策優(yōu)勢(shì),提升武漢市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平,促進(jìn)其區(qū)域中心城市輻射作用發(fā)揮,提高其城市綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,本文特對(duì)武漢市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)輻射力進(jìn)行研究。 本文綜合國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者觀點(diǎn),提出現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)是指那些以高技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代管理方法為基礎(chǔ)發(fā)展起來的知識(shí)密集型的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè),以及通過運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)、現(xiàn)代管理理念和經(jīng)營(yíng)方式改造后的傳統(tǒng)消費(fèi)性服務(wù)業(yè)的概念。以區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)輻射的增長(zhǎng)極理論和斷裂點(diǎn)理論為理論出發(fā)點(diǎn),從現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)、產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和發(fā)展?jié)摿λ膫�(gè)維度,構(gòu)建了現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)輻射力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 在綜合分析武漢市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)總量特征、空間分布特征及重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)上,與中部主要城市及全國(guó)19個(gè)副省級(jí)以上城市進(jìn)行比較分析,同時(shí)總結(jié)武漢市發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)面臨的政策機(jī)遇與自身基礎(chǔ)薄弱的發(fā)展挑戰(zhàn)。以全國(guó)19個(gè)副省級(jí)以上城市為參照對(duì)象,分析武漢市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)輻射力構(gòu)成及大小,利用加權(quán)Voronoi圖判定了武漢市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的輻射范圍,并就輻射區(qū)的面積、人口和GDP進(jìn)行比較,得出制約武漢市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)輻射力的因素。最后提出武漢市提升現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)輻射力的重要性及發(fā)展對(duì)策。 提升武漢市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)區(qū)域纖濟(jì)輻射力是武漢城市圈“兩型社會(huì)”建設(shè)的內(nèi)在要求、是武漢國(guó)家中心城市構(gòu)建的必然選擇、是武漢支撐中部崛起及中三角興起的關(guān)鍵力量。希望通過本文的研究能對(duì)武漢市提升現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)輻射能力提供一定的參考作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, the world presents a trend of transition from industrial economy to service-oriented economy. The United States, Britain, Germany and Japan have successively realized the transition to service-oriented economy. Driven by the rapid development of technology, the internal structure of the service industry also presents new characteristics. The modern service industry with knowledge intensive, high technology content and high added value is growing rapidly. Since 1997, China has put forward the concept of "modern service industry" and issued a series of policies to promote the development of modern service industry. At present, the level of development of modern service industry in Wuhan is still not high. In order to improve the development level of modern service industry in Wuhan, promote the radiation function of regional central city, and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of Wuhan city, this paper studies the radiation power of regional economy of modern service industry in Wuhan city. This paper synthesizes the views of scholars at home and abroad, and points out that modern service industry refers to those knowledge-intensive producer services developed on the basis of high technology and modern management methods, and through the application of modern science and technology. The concept of traditional consumer service industry after the transformation of modern management concept and management mode. Based on the theory of growth pole theory and break-point theory of regional economic radiation, the development basis and industrial scale of modern service industry are taken as the theoretical starting point. The industrial structure and development potential are four dimensions, and the evaluation index system of regional economic radiation power of modern service industry is constructed. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the total amount of modern service industry, spatial distribution and key industries in Wuhan, this paper makes a comparative analysis with the major cities in the central region and the 19 cities above the sub-provincial level in the whole country. At the same time, the paper summarizes the policy opportunities and development challenges faced by Wuhan in the development of modern service industry. Taking 19 cities above the sub-provincial level as reference objects, the paper analyzes the composition and magnitude of regional economic radiation power of modern service industry in Wuhan. The radiation range of modern service industry in Wuhan is determined by using weighted Voronoi diagram, and the area, population and GDP of radiation area are compared. The factors restricting the regional economic radiation power of modern service industry in Wuhan are obtained. Finally, the importance and development countermeasures of enhancing the radiation power of modern service industry in Wuhan are put forward. To promote the regional radiation power of modern service industry in Wuhan is the inherent requirement of the construction of "two-type society" in Wuhan city circle, and the inevitable choice for the construction of Wuhan national central city. Wuhan is the key force to support the rise of the central region and the rise of the middle triangle. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide a certain reference for Wuhan to enhance the regional economic radiation capacity of the modern service industry.
