【摘要】：在全球經(jīng)濟一體化深入發(fā)展的大背景下，服務(wù)業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟中的地位日益突出。在過去的十年中，世界各國已逐漸認(rèn)識到服務(wù)業(yè)中蘊藏著的豐厚利潤及發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè)對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的巨大貢獻(xiàn)。 服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展離不開城市，城市是服務(wù)業(yè)的天然載體。歷經(jīng)多年風(fēng)雨變遷后，多數(shù)城市逐步形成了以服務(wù)業(yè)為主體的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)。現(xiàn)有學(xué)術(shù)研究表明，城市等級與服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展存在著密切關(guān)聯(lián)。自1996年以來，珠三角地區(qū)的九個城市的服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，但不同等級城市的服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展差距卻在逐漸擴大，這會對城市服務(wù)業(yè)及城市經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展造成影響。 本文先根據(jù)城市人口規(guī)模與城市的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平將珠三角的九個城市分為三個等級，分析了1996年至2010年間不同等級城市的服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展差異。進(jìn)而以新經(jīng)濟增長理論為基礎(chǔ)，運用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型分析了相關(guān)要素在不同等級城市服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展中的作用。然后，利用灰色建模分析法對三大不同等級城市的服務(wù)業(yè)未來發(fā)展進(jìn)行預(yù)測。最后，，本文根據(jù)實證結(jié)果與三大不同等級城市的實際特點提出發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè)的建議和對策，以期更深入地探討城市等級與服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展差異之間的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In the context of the deep development of global economic integration, the service industry has become increasingly prominent in the national economy. Countries all over the world have come to realize the rich profits in the service industry and the great contribution of the service industry to the economic development. The development of service industry can not be separated from the city, which is the natural carrier of the service industry. After many years of vicissitudes, most cities have gradually formed the industrial structure with the service industry as the main body. Since 1996, the service industry of nine cities in the Pearl River Delta region has developed rapidly, but the service industry development gap of the cities of different grades has been gradually expanding. This will have an impact on the sustainable development of urban services and the urban economy. In this paper, nine cities in the Pearl River Delta are divided into three levels according to the size of urban population and the level of urban economic development, and the difference of service development between 1996 and 2010 is analyzed, and then based on the theory of new economic growth. Using panel data model, this paper analyzes the role of relevant factors in the development of service industry in different levels of cities. Then, the future development of service industry of three cities of different levels is forecasted by using grey modeling method. Based on the empirical results and the actual characteristics of the three major cities of different grades, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the development of the service industry, in order to further explore the relationship between the urban grades and the differences in the development of the service industry.
