【摘要】：正黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院提出要著力發(fā)展養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè),要求養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)加強(qiáng)社會(huì)責(zé)任管理,增強(qiáng)安全意識(shí),提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量。然而,我國(guó)養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)具有規(guī)模普遍較小、公益性較強(qiáng)、利益相關(guān)者較多、從業(yè)人員素質(zhì)偏低、服務(wù)內(nèi)容復(fù)雜和服務(wù)對(duì)象特殊的特點(diǎn),導(dǎo)致養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)社會(huì)責(zé)任風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理難度大,容易因社會(huì)責(zé)任風(fēng)險(xiǎn)發(fā)生經(jīng)濟(jì)損失并喪失信譽(yù),使機(jī)構(gòu)難以繼續(xù)運(yùn)營(yíng)。本文綜合運(yùn)用COSO企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理整體框架和相關(guān)規(guī)范構(gòu)建了養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)社會(huì)責(zé)任風(fēng)
[Abstract]:The Party Central Committee and the State Council have proposed to focus on the development of the old-age service industry, requiring pension institutions to strengthen social responsibility management, enhance safety awareness, and improve service quality. However, the scale of pension institutions in China is generally smaller and the public welfare is relatively strong. Many stakeholders, low quality of employees, complex service content and special characteristics of service object lead to the difficulty of risk management of social responsibility of pension institutions, and the loss of economic loss and loss of credibility due to the risk of social responsibility. This paper uses the overall framework of COSO enterprise risk management and related norms to construct the social responsibility style of pension institutions.
