【摘要】：隨著全球軟件外包行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,針對軟件外包領(lǐng)域的研究也逐漸增多。在這些文獻中,學者們關(guān)注最多的問題是：什么因素影響軟件外包項目成功,以及這些因素如何影響項目成功。目前,大量研究對軟件外包項目成功的描述缺少清晰的概念框架。此外,學者們主要從客戶的角度進行研究,而關(guān)于供應(yīng)商項目成功的研究卻非常少�；谝陨蟽牲c,本文嘗試從客戶和供應(yīng)商雙方角度去構(gòu)建軟件外包項目成功因變量的概念框架,并對其進行分析驗證。 論文首先對軟件外包項目成功相關(guān)文獻進行敘述性綜述,通過定性分析并結(jié)合相關(guān)理論對軟件外包項目成功因變量進行分類,并綜合文獻研究結(jié)果提出了軟件外包項目成功概念模型。隨后,論文使用元分析對軟件外包項目進行相關(guān)關(guān)系分析。最后,論文結(jié)合元分析和結(jié)構(gòu)方程建模對結(jié)構(gòu)模型進行路徑分析和整體擬合分析。 論文對46篇文獻進行敘述性綜述發(fā)現(xiàn)軟件外包項目成功由三部分組成：(ⅰ)前端變量——對項目開發(fā)過程的評價,包括知識學習和服務(wù)質(zhì)量；(ⅱ)中間變量——對項目的評價,包括項目績效(主觀評價)和心理績效(客觀評價)；(ⅲ)結(jié)果變量——對組織的影響評價,包括組織績效和關(guān)系質(zhì)量,并且,這三部分之間存在著因果聯(lián)系。論文進行元分析表明：前端變量(知識學習和服務(wù)質(zhì)量)對結(jié)果變量(組織績效和關(guān)系質(zhì)量)的影響,中間變量(項目績效和心理績效)起到部分中介作用。 總之,論文基于敘述性綜述和元分析綜述提出并驗證了軟件外包項目成功的結(jié)構(gòu)模型。其次,由于采用較新的MESEM方法以及相關(guān)文獻研究的不足,可能導致論文結(jié)果有一定的偏差。最后,論文結(jié)合軟件外包項目的情境因素,提出的軟件外包項目成功情境模型為未來研究指明了方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global software outsourcing industry, the research on software outsourcing field is increasing gradually. In these literatures, scholars pay more attention to the following questions: what factors affect the success of software outsourcing projects? And how these factors affect the success of the project. At present, there is a lack of clear conceptual framework for the description of the success of software outsourcing projects. In addition, scholars mainly study from the perspective of customers. Based on the above two points, this paper attempts to construct the conceptual framework of software outsourcing project success dependent variables from the point of view of both customers and suppliers, and analyze and verify it. First of all, this paper summarizes the relevant literature on software outsourcing project success, classifies the dependent variables of software outsourcing project success by qualitative analysis and combining with relevant theory. Finally, the thesis uses meta-analysis to analyze the relationship between software outsourcing projects and software outsourcing projects. In this paper, the path analysis and integral fitting analysis of the structure model are carried out based on meta-analysis and structural equation modeling. In this paper, a narrative review of 46 literature shows that the success of the software outsourcing project consists of three parts: (I) the front-end variable-the evaluation of the project development process, including the knowledge learning and the quality of service (II) intermediate variable-the evaluation of the project. Including project performance (subjective evaluation) and psychological performance (objective evaluation) outcome variables-impact evaluation on the organization, including organizational performance and relationship quality, and, A meta-analysis shows that the front-end variables (knowledge learning and quality of service) affect the outcome variables (organizational performance and relationship quality). Intermediate variables (project performance and psychological performance) play a part of intermediary role. In a word, based on narrative review and meta-analysis review, the paper proposes and verifies the successful structural model of software outsourcing project. Secondly, due to the shortcomings of using new MESEM method and related literature research, the paper proposes and verifies the structural model of software outsourcing project success based on narrative review and meta-analysis review. Finally, the successful scenario model of software outsourcing project proposed in this paper points out the direction of future research combined with the contextual factors of software outsourcing project.
