【摘要】：現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)是依托信息技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代管理理念發(fā)展起來的服務(wù)業(yè)，是衡量地區(qū)綜合競爭實力和現(xiàn)代化水平的重要標志之一。對于葫蘆島來說，加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)，對落實科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，建立節(jié)約型產(chǎn)業(yè)模式和效率型經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)，對加快葫蘆島地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟建設(shè)具有十分重要的意義，對擴大就業(yè)、滿足人民群眾多方面消費需求也具有十分重要的推動作用。 本文在現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)相關(guān)理論綜述的基礎(chǔ)上，，針對葫蘆島市發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)過程中出現(xiàn)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不甚合理，發(fā)展層次相對落后等問題，以及葫蘆島市地處環(huán)渤海地區(qū)重要位置，資源稟賦優(yōu)良，交通體系發(fā)達等競爭優(yōu)勢運用了現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)相關(guān)理論進行深入分析和研究，對葫蘆島市存在的優(yōu)勢、不足及發(fā)展機遇進行分析，從戰(zhàn)略定位、目標、舉措、步驟和總體部署等方面構(gòu)建葫蘆島市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃框架，最后提出了加快發(fā)展葫蘆島市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策建議，希望能夠為葫蘆島市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)工作添磚加瓦，貢獻力量，起到積極的作用。
[Abstract]:Modern service industry is a service industry developed on the basis of information technology and modern management concept. It is one of the important symbols to measure the comprehensive competitive strength and modernization level of the region. For Huludao, it is necessary to speed up the development of modern service industry. It is of great significance to carry out the scientific concept of development, to establish the economized industrial model and the efficient economic structure, to speed up the economic construction in Huludao area, and to expand employment. Meeting the people's diverse consumer needs also has a very important role in promoting. On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories of modern service industry, this paper aims at the problems of unreasonable industrial structure and relatively backward development level in the development of modern service industry in Huludao City. As well as Huludao City is located in the Bohai Sea area important position, resource endowment is good, transportation system is developed and other competitive advantages are analyzed and studied by using the relevant theories of modern service industry, and the advantages of Huludao City are analyzed and studied. The deficiency and the development opportunity are analyzed, and the strategic planning framework for the development of modern service industry in Huludao is constructed from the aspects of strategic orientation, objectives, measures, steps and overall deployment. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to speed up the development of modern service industry in Huludao City, hoping to contribute to the work of modern service industry in Huludao City and play a positive role.
