【摘要】：選取廣州七天連鎖酒店和如家快捷酒店的管理者和員工為研究對象,運用結構方程(SEM)分析,以知識創(chuàng)新為中介變量,構建經濟型酒店組織學習對動態(tài)能力的影響模型.主要結論有:(1)經濟型酒店知識轉移與知識儲備相互正向影響,并影響知識創(chuàng)新;(2)經濟型酒店知識轉移、知識儲備只能通過知識創(chuàng)新間接影響動態(tài)能力;(3)經濟型酒店管理層與非管理層組織學習對知識創(chuàng)新、動態(tài)能力均存在顯著影響,但管理層知識創(chuàng)新對動態(tài)能力的影響更為顯著.
[Abstract]:Select the Guangzhou Seven Days Hotel Chain and Home Inn management and staff as the research object, using structural equation (SEM) analysis, taking knowledge innovation as the intermediary variable, the construction impact on the dynamic capabilities of the model of learning organization. The main conclusions are: Econo Hotel (1) Econo Hotel knowledge transfer and knowledge mutual positive influence and effect of knowledge innovation; (2 Econo Hotel) knowledge transfer, knowledge only through knowledge innovation indirectly affects dynamic capabilities; (3) the Econo Hotel management and non management organizational learning on knowledge innovation, dynamic capabilities have significant effects, but the management of knowledge innovation on dynamic capability is more significant.
