【摘要】：中國是世界上人口最多的國家,而新的人口發(fā)展?fàn)顩r是,我國人口老齡化問題凸顯,已經(jīng)進(jìn)入老齡社會(huì)階段。隨著而來的則是養(yǎng)老問題的日益凸顯。隨著兩會(huì)召開,醫(yī)療、住房、教育和養(yǎng)老再次成為全國關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)話題。目前我國老齡化速度日益加快,“未富先老”的問題越發(fā)嚴(yán)重;直接導(dǎo)致我國勞動(dòng)力結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)失調(diào),比如醫(yī)護(hù)人員、養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)人員稀缺等問題,我國的養(yǎng)老效能有待提升,養(yǎng)老服務(wù)供給有待增加。本文基于我國養(yǎng)老服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)經(jīng)營發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,引入物聯(lián)網(wǎng)這一新興產(chǎn)物,立足構(gòu)建一種現(xiàn)代化、信息化的“智慧養(yǎng)老”模式,從而解決我國目前養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)服務(wù)和供給矛盾突出的問題,為我國養(yǎng)老事業(yè)發(fā)展提供一種更高效的解決思路。本文共分六個(gè)部分,第一部分為緒論,具體闡述了本文的研究背景及意義、國內(nèi)外關(guān)于本課題的研究現(xiàn)狀、本文研究思路及方法,以及本文研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和擬解決的關(guān)鍵問題;第二部分為基礎(chǔ)理論部分,闡釋了智慧養(yǎng)老理論和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展及其應(yīng)用于養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的相關(guān)理論;第三部分為現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研分析部分,分析了我國養(yǎng)老服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)經(jīng)營管理的現(xiàn)狀,包括供求現(xiàn)狀、經(jīng)營模式現(xiàn)狀以及當(dāng)前存在的主要問題;第四部分,借鑒了國外智慧養(yǎng)老發(fā)展的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),包括美國、歐洲、亞洲和澳大利亞等先進(jìn)國家智慧養(yǎng)老的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從中得出可以為我國所用的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn);第五部分,解決問題部分,依托前面的分析討論,本節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用于我國養(yǎng)老服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)經(jīng)營管理的實(shí)踐路徑。第六部分則對(duì)本次課題研究做了總結(jié)回顧及展望。養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)生機(jī)勃勃,養(yǎng)老問題的解決同樣任重道遠(yuǎn),需要政府、社會(huì)、社區(qū)、家庭等等共同努力,積極利用先進(jìn)的技術(shù)和方法提升養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)服務(wù)效能,滿足社會(huì)養(yǎng)老需求,為構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)貢獻(xiàn)力量。
[Abstract]:China is the most populous country in the world, and the new situation of population development is that the aging problem of China's population has become prominent and has entered the stage of aging society. Along with the increasing prominence of the problem of the aged, medical treatment has been held with the convening of the two sessions of the National people's Congress. Housing, education and old-age support have once again become the focus of national attention. At present, the aging rate in China is accelerating day by day, and the problem of "getting old before getting rich" is becoming more and more serious. This has directly led to the imbalance in the labor force structure of our country, such as health care personnel. In this paper, based on the present situation of the management and development of the pension service institutions in China, we introduce the Internet of things, which is a new product, to build a modern society, based on the problems of the scarcity of personnel in the pension industry, and the need to improve the pension efficiency and the supply of the old-age services in our country. The information mode of "intelligent old-age care", thus solving the problem of the contradiction between the service and supply of pension institutions in our country at present, and providing a more efficient solution for the development of the old-age care industry in China. This paper is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, The research background and significance of this paper, the status quo of the research at home and abroad, the research ideas and methods, as well as the innovative points and key problems to be solved in this paper are described in detail. The second part is the basic theory part. The third part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation, the analysis of the current situation of pension service institutions in China, including the current situation of supply and demand, In part 4th, we draw lessons from the practical experience of foreign countries, including the United States, Europe, Asia and Australia, and other advanced countries, such as the United States, Europe, Asia and Australia. The advanced experience that can be used by our country can be drawn from it; part 5th, problem solving, relies on the previous analysis and discussion. This section has designed the practical path of the application of the Internet of things technology in the operation and management of the old-age service institutions in our country. Part 6th summarizes and reviews the research on this subject and looks forward to it. The pension industry is full of vitality, and the solution of the pension problem also has a long way to go. It needs government, society, community, family and so on to work together to actively use advanced technology and methods to improve the service efficiency of pension institutions, to meet the needs of the society for the aged, and to contribute to the construction of a harmonious society.
