【摘要】：在國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的浪潮中,各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)中一個(gè)共同的趨勢(shì)是服務(wù)業(yè)所占的比重越來(lái)越大,并上升為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)。尤其是現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè),更是一個(gè)備受青睞的新領(lǐng)域,逐漸成為了國(guó)際市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的新焦點(diǎn)。順義作為首都國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)所在地、北京重點(diǎn)新城、首都臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)和現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)基地,以其獨(dú)特的資源稟賦,承擔(dān)著發(fā)展空港物流、會(huì)議展覽、國(guó)際交往、體育休閑等重要職能,在北京發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)布局中占有重要位置。 本文以順義空港城的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)分析現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的定義、分類,將現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)分為流通性服務(wù)業(yè)、生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)、生活性服務(wù)業(yè)、公共服務(wù)業(yè)四大類。本文引用了服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展融合理論、服務(wù)創(chuàng)新理論等,綜合運(yùn)用PEST-SWOT分析等分析工具進(jìn)行分析。根據(jù)上述理論和工具,結(jié)合本文所搜集的順義空港城現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)、資料,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前順義空港城的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨著產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、業(yè)態(tài)層次偏低、生活性服務(wù)業(yè)和公共服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展滯后等問(wèn)題。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,本文提出了順義空港城現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議：依托首都國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)的航空資源,大力發(fā)展特色航空服務(wù)業(yè)；以電子信息、生物醫(yī)藥、金融、會(huì)展等為代表,大力發(fā)展生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)；積極推動(dòng)生活性服務(wù)業(yè)的高端化、規(guī)范化、多元化：逐步完善社會(huì)公共服務(wù)業(yè),最終將順義區(qū)發(fā)展成為國(guó)家級(jí)臨空型現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展示范區(qū)。
[Abstract]:In the tide of international industrial transfer, a common trend in the economic activities of various countries is that the service industry accounts for an increasing proportion and rises to the leading industry of the national economy. Especially, the modern service industry is a popular new field. Shunyi, as the seat of the capital international airport, Beijing's key new city, the capital airport economic zone and the modern manufacturing base, is undertaking the development of airport logistics with its unique resource endowment. Conference and exhibition, international communication, sports leisure and other important functions play an important role in the development of modern service industry in Beijing. This paper takes the development of modern service industry in Shunyi Airport City as the research object. By analyzing the definition and classification of modern service industry, the modern service industry is divided into circulating service industry, producer service industry and living service industry. Four categories of public service industry. This paper cites the service industry development integration theory, service innovation theory and so on, synthetically uses the PEST-SWOT analysis tool to carry on the analysis. According to the above theory and the tool, Based on the data collected in this paper on the development of modern service industry in Shunyi Airport City, it is found that the development of modern service industry in Shunyi Airport City is faced with unreasonable internal structure of industry and low level of business status. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of modern service industry in Shunyi Airport: relying on the aviation resources of Capital International Airport, developing the characteristic aviation service industry; With electronic information, biomedicine, finance, exhibition and so on as the representative, vigorously develop producer services, actively promote the high-end, standardized and diversified living service industry: gradually improve the social public service industry, Finally, Shunyi District will be developed into a national air-front modern service development demonstration area.
